Out of nowhere, a series of arrests starts, and never stops. His crimes are almost sad, until he just keeps doing it. Friends, family, and old teammates try to help him, but their efforts fall of deaf ears, as his thirst for getting arrested just can't be quenched!

This week, we dig deep on a man who seemed to be on the cusp of greatness. A hight first round draft pick in the NFL, with a record signing bonus... but it all went wrong. Injuries led to painkillers, which led to, of course, crack cocaine. His struggles, through the years are legendary, including highway panhandling, and almost as many arrests as surgeries!

Oh, and he also had a secret double life, where he made trips to Pakistan to check out the heroin supply. He called himself an "importer/exporter", but took the definition of that to a new level. His childhood story is one for the ages, as well!

But, just like the racers behind him, the law eventually caught up, and leveled the largest penalty in CIS history!
