Ep. 148: Stefan Molyneux on Philosophy, Politics, Race, and Parenting Mar 15, 2021

Show notes

My guest today is the proprietor of Freedomain, the biggest philosophy show in the world, Stefan Molyneux. I was honored to bring him on to discuss his exodus from talking politics, although we are fortunate to get a number of political takes in this episode. We also discuss his deep appreciation for philosophy and what it means to him. Stefan has been slandered with the slur of "racist", and we get into why he believes that has happened. He's also a passionate proponent of "peaceful parenting" and he gives a very eloquent monologue as to exactly why.

Ep. 147: The Structures of Power and the Problems with Libertarianism, with Matthew Erickson Mar 08, 2021

Show notes

I am very happy to have as my guest today Matthew Erickson from the Kingpilled Videocast and "Wealth, Power, and Influence, with Jason Stapleton". Matt and I get into what government actually is and why libertarians will always be on the losing end unless they are willing to make some big changes. Matt is very good at breaking down Machiavellian power philosophy and expanding it to current times. The left is more than willing to break every rule to keep power. What will happen if libertarians just agree to abide by the non aggression principle as they continually get buried under more leftist state power? Are principles what are written on the graves of dead men? This episode will make you think.

Here are the books Matthew recommends: - The Machiavellians, by James Burnham - Fingerprints of the Gods, by Graham Hancock - Magicians of the Gods, by Graham Hancock - The Brothers, by Stephen Kinzer - The Unqualified Reservations Blog, by Mencius Moldbug

My guest this week is well known in Libertarian Party circles, and she's running to be the next chair of the LP. Her name is Angela McArdle, and she's here to discuss the changes she wants to see within the Libertarian Party. First and foremost is the messaging. Anglea believes that the Libertarian Party has been flawed for many years in their messaging and explains in this episode exactly how that should change.

Ep. 144: Political Strategy and Florida Man Energy, with Tho Bishop Feb 15, 2021

Show notes

My guest on this episode is Tho Bishop. Tho is co-host on the Radio Rothbard podcast and an assistant editor at Mises.org. He has been well versed, not only in the economic and history lessons of Murray Rothbard, but also his political strategy writings from the mid-1990s. Tho is Bay County Republican Party Vice Chairman as well and is living in what may be the most free area of the United States, as far as COVID restrictions are concerned. In this episode, we discuss political strategy as far as freedom and liberty ends go. Is the Libertarian Party the path forward, or might it stand in the way of future elections, where if a Democrat wins, freedom and quality of life are in serious trouble? We discuss Florida Governor DeSantis, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Matt Gaetz as the modern day enemies of the State. Tho also discusses his thoughts on the recent debate between podcaster extraordinaire Dave Smith and Republican Senator Eric Brakey.

In this episode, we discuss these sites and/articles:

Ep. 143: Breaking Down the System, with Legalman Feb 08, 2021

Show notes

My guest today is affectionately known as America's Most Trusted Lawyer. He is the host of The Quash podcast, and he goes by "Legalman". Legalman and I discuss the legal system and some of the failed workings of it. We also get into what is wrong with constitutional conservatives and why he can be hard on them at times. Of course, we can't have the top lawyer on without discussing the legalities of Texas secession, so we get into that as well. His show is one of my favorites, and I know you'll enjoy him here on my platform today.

Ep. 141: Leaving the Cult of Social Justice, with Keri Smith Jan 26, 2021

Show notes

Today I am bringing you my conversation with Keri Smith of the Unsafe Space, Deprogrammed, and Daily Covfefe podcasts. Keri spent two decades in the Social Justice movement. She rightly refers to it as an evil religious cult and is very good at explaining the tenets of it as well as the mentality of many of its gatekeepers. She explains her awakening and journey out of the cult, and she is very good at speaking to people currently involved in it and informing them about how they can escape.
