From our guest: A divorce from history, a consequence of the orgiastic high that has come from Liberalism's alleged victories from the Cold War and the Second World War has left many smugly championing the cultural and economic victories while quietly ignoring the visceral transformations of their homes. To say that the past was evil, or that each step leftward was a step towards some concept of fully automated luxury gay space communism, then we are witnessing the continued suicide of the West in real time, just as Burnham remarked sixty years ago.

Nicholas from Orthodox Reflections returns to the show this week. We are discussing bad theology that is infecting many "red" states in the US. Several of these states are pushing laws that outlaw any speech deemed to be antisemitic. There's a rancher in Texas sending red heifers to Israel, which is a step to engineer the apocalypse, in his mind. Why is this happening? Are Jews the "chosen people"? Why is this a thing people say? There is a lot of bad theology involved with these things, and bad theology can lead to very bad actions. We get into all of this and more.

My guest this week is one of the best authors and podcasters in our circles. He is the great Tom Woods. Tom is the author of thirteen books, and his latest one is a devastating death blow to the COVID cultists that have plagued our entire existence since 2020. From the "experts" that we were told to trust, to the media, to even our own friends and family members, at times, SO many people were just plain evil and wrong. What Tom did was keep a daily newsletter that documented many of the lies and inconsistent so-called "science" that we were yelled at to trust. From Tom's famous charts where you couldn't possibly tell which county did what regarding lockdowns and masks, to the many testimonies from those whose lives were destroyed because of the tyranny, Tom has a book full of receipts, and we are pulling them in this episode. What the evil people perpetuated during these years must never go unpunished nor unforgotten. In this episode, Tom and I discuss much of it.

Today, Fr. Zechariah Lynch returns to the show to discuss some themes in one of his recent blog posts entitled, "We Found Witches! The Inquisition of Control over Human Freedom" over at his Inkless Pen blog. America was founded by Puritans. That Puritan spirit has remained a guiding spirit of American culture and society even today. In the early years, many Christian Puritans were looking for witches to burn at the stake. This is still happening today. What is different in modern times is, while we have lost the spirit of Christianity, broadly speaking, Puritanism is still there, only now fueled by a secular religion. If you don't offer up the pinch of incense to many of these types, YOU will become the witch that they want to burn at the stake.
