    2. What do you find edifying about the book of judges? It seems like this is a really dark book and I'm wondering what you take away from it after reading it.

    3. How can I found joy amidst all the trials I'm currently facing?

    4. What will be the difference between our resurrected spiritual bodies and the physical bodies we currently live in?

    Show notes

Episode 327 | Dr. Michael Horton and Adriel Sanchez answer caller questions.

    Show Notes

    CoreChristianity.com

Key questions answered in today's show:

    1. Jesus wants you to turn your cheek. Jesus was historically a zealot who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. How does that come in line with the words in Scripture to turn the other cheek?

    2. Please discuss spiritual disciplines. Why are these not taught as much as say in the days of the Puritans?

    3. How do you know if you are truly repenting of your sin? What about people who struggle with the same sins again and again?

    4. Where one word is shown in two places, for instance, in one place it talks about the judgment day where God will say, "I never knew you." Yet isn't it in the Old Testament where God said to someone, "even before you were conceived, I knew you." These seem to be contradictory but I'm curious as to what you have to say about that.

    2. It seems like my family is suffering from a generational curse. Is there any way to get out of it? Is there a spiritual solution?

    3. Acts 7:56 says that Jesus is standing at the right hand of God but every week I confess that Jesus is seated at the right hand of God. What is the discrepancy here?

    4. I have been listening to the show for a while and have always wondered about how to understand the Angel of the Lord in the Old Testament. Is the Angel of the Lord Jesus? And if it is Jesus what does that mean since Jesus wasn't born yet?

    5. What is the difference between the kingdom being inaugurated and consummated? I have heard you talk about this before but I'm not sure how to understand this. Thanks.
