    Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz

In Washington, politicians are full of half-truths and hot air. They do little more than grandstanding by spouting off talking points and spin. The Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz is here to help you cut through the rhetoric and noise and explore the politically right way to think about the issues .

    Ep 756 | A Third World Election System Nov 10, 2020
    Show notes

Just how unreliable is our election system? Worse than you think. Today, I chronicle the evidence of fraud in some of the key states and show how it is a feature, not a bug, of a system built by the Left in recent years.

Ep 755 | Why the State Legislatures Must Lead the Way in Resolving the Election Nov 09, 2020
    Show notes

We start off by demonstrating the breadth and scope of the voting anomalies in this election. Next, we are joined by Professor Robert Natelson to discuss the power of state legislatures to resolve the election mess. Natelson is a lifelong constitutional lawyer, legal historian, and expert on state legislative powers. He makes a convincing case that mail-in ballots violate the Constitution and federal law. He also demonstrates why Republican-controlled legislatures in the contested states hold all the constitutional leverage over the Democrat governors.

Ep 754 | Is It Time for a National Divorce? Nov 06, 2020
    Show notes

How can a house divided against itself stand when one side doesn’t allow for any dissent or variance in red states while the other side allows blue states to do whatever they want? Also, Rep. Andy Biggs joins me to update us on the situation in Arizona and the state of the Republican Party.

Ep 753 | Why the Inner-City Vote Totals in the Upper Midwest States Make No Sense Nov 05, 2020
    Show notes

Today, I give a full picture of what happened on election night and why the vote totals from three major cities in the upper Midwest make no sense and contradict principles of political science as well as simple math. Will Republicans finally fight back and question election shenanigans that have long been accepted in major cities?

Ep 752 | The Reason Democrats Are Even In This Position Is Because of a Generation of Cheating Nov 04, 2020
    Show notes

Putting specific questions of fraud pertaining to this election aside, I remind everyone that the reason Democrats are even in such a strong position is because they have cheated on election law for years. They have used the courts to override election mandates and election law forever. So don’t start becoming a stickler for the “rules” at second base when you only got to first base through cheating.

Ep 751 | My Predictions for Tonight … and Beyond Nov 03, 2020
    Show notes

On today’s special election show, I offer my final election predictions and where I see the electorate as a whole. But more importantly, if Trump does win in a stunning upset, will we finally move beyond just the “lesser of two evils” in defeating Democrats and actually make Republican governance great again? That choice is up to us.

Ep 750 | How the Massive Trump Groundswell Can Be Used Even AFTER the Election Nov 02, 2020
    Show notes

Win or lose, Trump has created a massive groundswell of very committed patriots. If people are willing to spend all day in traffic to attend a rally or organize a caravan, they should also be willing to spend that time to organize on the ISSUES. I give a blueprint for how Trump could lead a movement – local chapters of the Sons of Liberty – to pressure local and national officials on decision points in policy battles that have an even bigger impact than the elections.

Ep 749 | Where Is Our Boston Tea Party Moment? Oct 30, 2020
    Show notes

Today, I explain why I’m getting more optimistic that Trump will win re-election. At the same time, we must remember that the election alone will not solve anything. The real work begins thereafter. We still need a Tea Party moment to get back on track and take back our country from the cultural elite, and a good election result might make us think we no longer need to fight. I offer some lessons from the Revolutionary War on why we must fight tyranny … while we still can.

Ep 748 | Will the Courts Help Dems Steal Pennsylvania? Oct 29, 2020
    Show notes

The courts seem to determine every political issue these days. Are they now prepared to allow Democrats to override Pennsylvania election law? We are joined by Derek Muller, associate professor at Pepperdine Law School, who teaches election law and is following election law litigation very carefully. He shares his concerns and optimism about the pending litigation. The key for conservatives will be to press on with some of this litigation, even if Trump wins outright, so that the Supreme Court will be forced to police some of these outrageous lower court rulings.

Ep 747 | There Is a Better Way Forward on the Virus Oct 28, 2020
    Show notes

Believe it or not, we could actually better protect our vulnerable population without destroying our civilization. We are joined today by Megan Mansell, one of the writers at RationalGround.com, to discuss her guide for a rational reopening. Megan has experience both in PPE applications and in special education as a former district education director over special populations. She explains why mask-wearing is counterproductive and how to properly open schools and businesses without harming a generation of younger Americans.
