Hey folks, it's conelcast time. Tried to really focus on giving everything its own place and space to breathe in the mix today. It has a nice midtempo shuffle groove but still maintains a little spookiness and all that stuff. Hope you like it!

If you like the show, please consider supporting it financially by chipping in a few bucks a month at the Patreon (patreon.com/conelrad). You get higher-quality versions of the tracks, with no intros, stings, or announcements. There's a growing amount of exclusive extra stuff there too!
I work full-time, but conelcast making some money is one of the ways i can justify carving out such a huge amount of my spare time to do it every two weeks instead of (for instance) once a month. So if you haven't joined, consider it! Thanks!

Hey folks, it's conelcast time. I hope you enjoy the new track.
There's also a new Drone Alone today! If you're interested in long, glacial, ambient drone tracks with an emphasis on texture, atmosphere, and space, you can find that on my Patreon!

Hey folks!
This one was the result of an earnest attempt to find a chord progression I'd definitely never used before. It took a lot of work, but I feel like it hangs together really nicely and doesn't feel "weird", but just nice and satisfying. I am pretty pleased with the mix also.
I will say that, partly because of the mix (and the increasing quality of my mixing generally, as I get more practice), it gets more worth it every episode to upgrade to being a Patreon member, and get those sweet high quality versions of the tracks!
meanwhile I hope you enjoy it. Take care!

Hey all,
it's conelcast time. Hope you're doing ok. If not, I hope this helps a little bit. There's quite a lot of positive energy in this one (no idea where that came from tbh). It has a little bit of Up Periscope energy, maybe?
enjoy :)

Hey folks! It's conelcast's third birthday! Can't believe I've been making this non-stop for three years! Thanks for staying onboard all this time :) And if you're new, thanks for joining!
To celebrate, I give you, err, an episode of conelcast! I hope you like it!
As mentioned in the show, you can always join my Patreon -- tons of exclusive extras there for one very low price (just a few bucks a month), so you're not just supporting the show, you're getting a bunch of rad extra stuff too!

Hey folks!
Couldn't resist building a song around this public domain found recording. Still on that 808 tip but not quite dipping so deeply into the 90s ambient house well -- bringing in a few more sounds. Hope you like it.
The latest episode of Drone Alone dropped last week on my Patreon -- check it out if you like the idea of album-length drone music with an emphasis on atmosphere, texture, and space. Don't forget that you also get high-quality versions of the conelcast tracks over at the Patreon also, with all the announcements and drops removed. And other stuff too!

Hey everyone, I am super pumped about this one, because I set out to create something with pure 90s ambient vibes, complete with tablas, vocal samples, early digital synths, washy reverb etc... I hope you like it. :)

Hi everyone! Here's this week's track. Felt like this has some nice atmopshere and some new sounds I really wanted to try out. Hope you enjoy it.
Also, the fourth episode of DRONE ALONE, my series of drone tracks, is now available exclusively on Patreon -- if you'd like to get hold of all of the episodes so far, and get the new ones as they come out, just head on over to patreon.com/conelrad.
If you join, you can, for the equivalent of 3 bucks US per month plus whatever tiny local taxes might apply, get access to Drone Alone, plus the entire back catalogue of conelcast without intros, stings, or announcements, in 320Kbps quality. There are also some extra tracks! Great value. Anyway, take care and enjoy this week's track.
