Khloé & Lamar Season 2 Recap Aug 25, 2023

Show notes

We've left the Gansevoort and are back in LA for season 2 of Khloé & Lamar. Emma and Julie went into this season expecting to format the recaps in their typical scene-by-scene style, but quickly realized not every one of these 22 minute episodes were worthy of detailed analysis. They cover the season as a whole, really zoning in on episodes 6-12, as things start to intensify when Lamar is traded from the Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks. There are so many dynamics to get into here. What a ride.

There is so much to get into here - Kendall's uncharacteristic PDA, Kim singing along to 'Search & Rescue,' and the sheer fact that we got these visuals. So much. Then, they discuss Karlie Kloss sitting in GA at Taylor's SoFi show (holy shit.) Kourtney & Kim Take NY S2, Ep 9 Aug 11, 2023

Show notes

We are getting so close to the episode that birthed one of Kim's most iconic crying faces of all time. Emma and Julie went into this recording expecting to cover both episodes 9 and 10, but realized there was a lot more to discuss in episode 9 than previously anticipated. We have: Kim seeing a medium, Kris' sister Kaela coming to town, Scott & Kourtney living their best lives, and the Kris/Kim tension continuing to build. The episode concludes with Kim finally breaking down to Kourtney about her rapidly unraveling marriage. (This is also one of the first times Emma and Julie were recording in-studio together in the last few years.)
