1.5 oz Four Roses (Yellow Label) Bourbon
1.5 oz Barracuda Cay Spiced Rum
4 oz organic apple cider
Cinnamon stick and organic apple slice (for garnish)

1 oz New Riff Malted Rye (or any Bourbon/Rye/Whiskey)
1 oz Cointreau or Orange Curaçao
1 oz Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano
1 oz lemon juice (optional)
Shake with ice for about 15 seconds. Pour through strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel twist or a sprig of mint.

Lickin' Lizard

1 Part Melon Schnapps
2 Parts Sour Apple Schnaaps
1 Part Gin
Splash of Lemon Juice

Add ingredients except lemon juice together in a shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice and top with a splash of lemon juice
Long Island Iced Tea

½ ounce vodka
½ ounce rum
½ ounce gin
½ ounce tequila
½ ounce triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
1 ounce cola (or to taste)
1 lemon slice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, and sour mix over ice; cover and shake. Pour cocktail into a Collins or hurricane glass; top with splash of cola for color. Garnish with a lemon slice (unless you're Kip because garnish is just too "fancy").
