Mrs. Fruit is away this week celebrating her longtime friend Dana’s 55th birthday on their annual girls’ trip, so Ed is holding it down solo!

THE ATLANTA CIGAR COMMUNITY

Ed opens the episode by talking about the incredible community he’s found through Atlanta’s cigar culture. The cigar community is deeply connected, and Ed reflects on how many friendships and relationships extend far beyond simply getting together for a smoke.

Ed also talks about Cigar Mike, one of the first people he met after moving to Atlanta and someone who has become a longtime friend both inside and outside the cigar community.

Ed asks everyone to send prayers to Mike, who is recovering from a recent car accident. Mike is an important part of the cigar community in Atlanta and across the country, and Ed is sending prayers up for a speedy recovery.

As conversations surrounding 2Pac Shakur continue to grow on social media, 2026 marks 30 years since his passing. But instead of focusing solely on 2Pac, Ed takes a bigger look at the entire year of 1996.

Ed and Fruit give us a married couple's perspective on getting older and navigating life after 40 and 50.

But behind the jokes is a very real conversation about the physical and emotional changes that come with aging.

🔥 MENOPAUSE, TESTOSTERONE & INTIMACY

This is one of the most open conversations Ed and Fruit have had about menopause, declining testosterone, sexual health, and the mental-health impact of these changes.

Ed makes an important PSA to men: STICK WITH YOUR WOMAN.

Menopause can be incredibly difficult to navigate, and women deserve support, patience, understanding, and love from their partners.

And Ed points out that men experience their own challenges, too—including changes in testosterone and erectile function. The decline in sexual function can affect both men and women physically and mentally.

The bigger message?

MEN AND WOMEN: Be mindful, patient, respectful, and supportive of each other's NATURAL body changes. It goes both ways.

💸 “SPEND DAT” & THE SCAMMERS

Yep… Ed brings up Young Miami's “Spend Dat” AGAIN. 😂

But this time, it leads him down a social-media rabbit hole where he discovers a list of people who allegedly took scamming to an entirely different level.

Ed runs through some of the wildest stories, including:

Rachel Dolezal and her infamous racial identity controversy
A man who allegedly posed as a San Francisco 49ers player and reportedly convinced numerous women to send him money
The Florida “doctor” who allegedly practiced medicine without actually being a legitimate doctor
Carlee Russell's infamous fake kidnapping case
Derlyn Roberts, the controversial ASL interpreter whose signing was questioned by members of the Deaf community
And plenty more examples of people creating elaborate lies that somehow worked… at least for a while!

🎤 TUPAC & KEFFE D

Ed gets serious while discussing the long-running case surrounding Tupac Shakur's murder and the recent legal developments involving Duane “Keffe D” Davis.

After nearly three decades, the case continues to raise questions about what happened that night and why it took so long to reach this point.

🇺🇸 MORE TRUMP TALK… OF COURSE 😂

Somehow, Donald Trump enters the conversation AGAIN—and this time it leads Ed and Fruit to a very important conclusion:

Michelle Obama is the most attractive First Lady of all time.
