Evy Poumpouras is a former Secret Service Special Agent who worked the protective details for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, President George W. Bush, William Clinton, and George H. Bush. She worked complex criminal investigations and undercover operations, executed search and arrest warrants, and investigated both violent and financial crimes. Additionally, Evy was an interrogator for the agency's elite polygraph unit and trained by the Department of Defense in the art and science of lie detection, human behavior, and cognitive influence.

Evy is a multi-platform journalist and host who frequently appears on NBC, MSNBC, CNN, and ABC. She is the author of the best-selling book Becoming Bulletproof: Protect Yourself, Read People, Influence Situations, Live Fearlessly.

Outside of her role as a journalist, Evy is a TEDx speaker and international advisor whose expertise is sought worldwide. She is an Adjunct Professor for The City University of New York where she teaches criminal justice and criminology.

Evy holds a Master of Science from Columbia University in Journalism, a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Hofstra University. She is also a former New York City Police Academy recruit, and a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Secret Service Academy, and the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute.

Blair Dell has over two decades of experience in Special Operations Medicine as a member of Marine Reconnaissance and Marine Special Operations Command through four combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has taught both medicine and tactics around the world and has extensive experience orienting topics towards what is most relevant to his students.

After retiring as a Senior Chief in the US Navy in 2016, he now volunteers as a member of the Washington State Patrol SWAT Team. He started 813 Consulting, LLC where he provides Research & Business Development, speaks on and trains Operational Medicine as well as Leadership and Resiliency.

Over the last 5 years, he has worked with BMK Ventures developing the Law Enforcement Casualty Care (LECC™) course that is credited with saving numerous lives and changing the way LEOs approach initial point of care injuries. The course is DOJ recognized and provides DHS certification, but more importantly, it is by cops-for-cops ensuring that tactics drive the medicine and all students are enabled to solve new problems.

Nelson Grant is a Sheriff's Deputy and Search and Rescue Team member in the Flathead Valley. In addition to his current duties, he has previous experience on the SWAT Team and Narcotics Task Force.

When not on duty Nelson enjoys partaking in just about every activity that Northwestern Montana has to offer. Bowhunting, rifle hunting, river raft guiding, dual-sport motorcycle guiding, backcountry split boarding and skiing, touring, trekking, downhill mountain bike riding, jiu-jitsu, and probably even more that I am forgetting.

A lifelong outdoorsman with over 2 decades of teaching in the great outdoors, Kevin is well versed in bushcraft and survival skills. Kevin is the former Lead Survival Instructor of the Wilderness Learning Center under the late Marty Simon and the author of 101 Skills You Need to Survive in the Woods and over 150 published magazine titles. He regularly hones his capabilities in different environments around the globe including arctic, desert, and jungle with the most emphasis in the northern forest. He joined Fieldcraft after 14 years of teaching public high school history. Rounding out Kevin's background is extensive training in Filipino Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and completion of numerous pistol, shotgun, carbine, and precision scoped rifle courses. Brian Andrews is a US Navy veteran, Park Leadership Fellow, and former submarine officer with a psychology degree from Vanderbilt and a master's in business from Cornell University.
