    24. Don't judge your desires Jul 25, 2019

    When was the last time you had a desire?

    Maybe a moment ago when you chose to play this episode? Maybe it was a desire to educate yourself, to know more, or it maybe it was a desire to just be in peace. Desires are a very natural aspect of our being. But when we start to judge them, we block the natural growth of our awareness. Many desires arise from our conditioning and they are not even part of our existence. With help of meditation, we can shift from impulsive desires to living a life conscious desires.     20. Tantra Sex - The abuse and healing Jun 27, 2019

    Tantra is a science of self awareness. It teaches to transform every emotion and element that we possess in our being. It doesn't encourage casual sex. It actually teaches seekers to go beyond the sex. In this episode, Chandresh shares how the term 'tantra sex' actually destroys the essence of tantra teachings. He shares how ancient masters used to supervise the sexual healing in tantra and made it highly sacred process. And Chandresh also talks about the damage and perversion the modern tantra gatherings are doing.
