Dear Doris- I ask that you kindly go F**K right on off with your victim shaming myself and my children. Xoxo- The Ex Wife He Warned You About Dec 11, 2022

Juliet sits down with Marissa, founder of Me Too Family Court, invites two fellow protective mother Stephanie Soto and Dee Hurley. Also Famous Fighter Calendar model Ty as we call #369 that has appeared on Dr. Phil and Inside Edition and more. Ty has a similar story of abuse and being victim shamed. The four supports Juliet's quest in addressing such hate in the world . Juliet explains how words are weapons.
The four dive in deep into victim shaming and what an impact it could have on those that do struggle through their mental illness. Those trying to heal from abuse or child sexual abuse should never be shamed.
Recently, Juliet has been receiving hate mail from the mother of Juliet’s ex husband’s 24 year old girlfriend named Doris. Doris has resorted to go as far to accuse Juliet of having a serious mental illness and claims that Juliet and her children are lying about their abuse. She further alleges that Juliet is obsessed with her ex husband . Juliet thought it was important to point out facts from fiction and that someone’s mental illness should not be mocked, dismissed or downplayed. Juliet addresses Doris directly, as well as Juliet’s fellow advocates.

BrokenGirl Unchained Presents: Surviving the Insidious Wrath of Family Court- No Woman or Child are Safe in our Community Apr 25, 2022

    April 15th, 2022
In this home security audio you will hear Stan County District Attorney Concealing Child Sexual Abuse Under the Color of Law.
June 2nd 2021, the second report was made after Juliet’s girls ran away seeking safety and reporting more sexual abuse in the fathers home. What you’ll hear and see is the following day , June 3rd 2021, Modesto PD threatened Juliet’s girls and forcing them back to their abuser. This sexual assault case has been opened for 10 months with the courts knowledge and evidence of the sexual abuse, physical abuse and fathers drug use, as well as evidence of his plan to traffic their children to San Diego. Juliet has petitioned the court requesting an emergency domestic violence expartè, Judge Jacobson of Stanislaus County Family Court denied Juliet’s request stating “allegations pertain to minors only.” This is a play book for our family courts to only traffic children for profit under the color of law. This has become a national epidemic.
In upcoming episodes, Juliet with BrokenGirl Unchained and her investigating team joins mothers across the nation and puts the Attorney General, their local judges, local law enforcements, State Governor, local Board of Supervisors and their malicious ex’s on Legal Notice. Stating “STAND DOWN AND RETURN OUR CHILDREN”
Per the Department of Justice this is one of many crimes

Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim. The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”

    Families With a Voice Apr 01, 2021

Juliet sits down with Mykelle to bare all about her struggles in family court and the frustrations about not being given a fair trial. Juliet has been in a high conflict custody battle with her ex-husband for a while now. Even with proof of abuse and an unsafe environment for her children (with the ex), the court system is still unwilling to hear her story. Good thing she has a platform where she can let the truth come to light. BrokenGirl Unchained is starting a movement called, Families With a Voice, that aims to ask the government to provide legal representation in family court for individuals who are unable to afford quality legal representation. All too often, the court system favors those who can afford an attorney. Having money does not make you a good parent, and there are plenty of amazing parents out there who lose in family court because they are unable to navigate the system. The Families with a Voice petition is aimed to create lasting change in the family court system. Please take a moment to sign the petition and make a positive change in our flawed legal system. Juliet also takes a few moments to help her daughter deal with the anxiety caused by this whole unfair process. Tune in to this very emotional episode of BrokenGirl Unchained Podcast.

I have learnt (and still am) a lot in the 5 years since my marriage ended, and will always continue to grow as a person. While our stories may not be the same, time and time again when I have spoken to 100’s of women, they generally say similar things:
'I did not even know where to start when my marriage ended or who to talk to and trust'
'I lost who I was in my marriage and now I feel broken, alone and confused'

I may not have walked in your exact shoes, but I do know the steps forward and generally they are very similar, if not the same for most women I talk to and work with."

Other women have done these as well and they report a photo shoot like this having a similar effect.

You deserve to feel beautiful, and to know that you should be confident in your new life. If you have left a toxic situation, then you know firsthand that from death comes life. You had to shed your old life to give you the chance to blossom into the person you were truly meant to be. Like a butterfly, you have the opportunity to emerge from the chrysalis of self-doubt, insecurity, an abuse to grow your new wings. To become that version of yourself that you want and deserve to be.

BrokenGirl wants to hear your stories of healing and triumph, and to photograph strong women who have overcome adversity and emerged in a better spot. You can be the inspiration for so many other women who don't think they are strong enough or deserving enough to live a life renewed.

A photographer has generously offered to donate her time for the first ever BrokenGirl Unchained photoshoot. All that's needed now are some strong women and men who would want to be part of this amazing project, as well as sponsors who can help make this all happen.
