The Impact of Grace - Part 1 Oct 22, 2021

Show notes

Today we continue the theme of “Empowering Grace” for this month, with a teaching of Graham’s drawn from episode 6 of the BTV series: “The Impact of Grace.”

Graham encourages us to be challenged by the magnificence and all encompassing grasp of grace.

He discusses how as partakers of the new life in Jesus, we are meant to be reigning in grace through all aspects of life.

And this, beloved of God, is a grace that not only enables us to move in the spirit Jesus would in all our life situations, but also effectively reroutes any negatives standing against us... enabling us to travel forward in our walk with God, unhindered by any intent of the enemy, and ever-ready to engage in our glorious relationship with Jesus.

Prophetic Word - Expectation: The Power in Taking God for Granted Sep 29, 2021

Show notes

Today I'm sharing Graham's prophetic word from our Live Online Challenge event last week, "Expectation: The Power in Taking God for Granted."

This word had thought-provoking truths and powerful keys. It’s actually one of my favorite words that Graham has given in a while.

As you partake of this, I encourage you to listen with your heart, let it sink in to your spirit, and afterward, discuss the things that stood out to you with the Holy Spirit. He will help you uncover the meaning of its truths in your own life, and unpack the connotations and expectations present in this word.

ALSO: Here's a link to the pdf transcript of this prophetic word, which includes space for your notes and Graham's "Seven Steps to Inherit These Promises" activation to help you use this word for yourself.

In today’s podcast segment Graham discusses how rejoicing is meant to strengthen us and refresh us when going through hard situations.

It acts as a powerful antidote to a downcast spirit, and to any negativity or feelings of oppression.

Rejoicing is thus a key agent in our process, meant to enthrone us on God’s faithfulness in the midst of our battles.

There is still a lot more to this message to hear, including a prophetic word from Graham, so check it out on BrilliantTV to keep going.

A Lifestyle of Joy Keeps Our Heart Fresh - PART 1 Sep 15, 2021

Show notes

This episode points out the importance of living in an atmosphere of joy in the Lord, and how that is created in our lives.

It raises expectations of what’s possible – of how we can walk securely and immovably in our relationship with Jesus, and the simple and beautiful truths and practices in our walk with Him that fashion sustainable, life-giving joy in all of our days. Yes, even on the hard ones.

Receive this with an open heart, and allow your spirit to dream and imagine what it could be like for you if you settled into these truths and they became a part of your every day experience in God.

This message from Graham is taken from the “REGENERATE” series Graham has been doing this year. You can view that series here.

Freedom from Difficult Expectations Sep 08, 2021

Show notes

In this message, we’re engaged to reflect and change our lens. Instead of having expectations of difficulty and stress in areas we need to grow, Graham reveals how our expectation can shift as we behold the truth of the new man in Jesus correctly.

What before seemed like inevitable hardships and difficulty can instead be traded for Jesus’s invitation to “find rest for our souls, because His yoke is easy, and His burden is light.”

Graham poses some freeing thoughts:

What if God put you into Christ so that your first encounter is always with the one who has overcome the world? What if that was your primary expectation?
What if mindsets of expecting hardship and difficulty are from the old man, and the Holy Spirit has encounters for you that will reframe such thinking?

This message originates from letter 7 of Graham’s renowned book, “The Nature of Freedom.” If you haven’t read it yet, I encourage you to get a copy, or download the audiobook, found here.

Graham also created a video series on BTV based on the letters in this book. This one is titled “Freedom from Difficult Expectations”, found under the series “Get Unstuck and Live a Lifestyle of Encounter,” on BTV.

What Good Things Are Already In Me? Aug 31, 2021

Show notes

In this message you’ll see the beauty of the fullness of Christ in us, which the Father already deposited in our spirit at salvation.

The Father is delighted in the process of our discovery, and desires a life of impact to overflow with ease, from this place of wonder and completeness.

The place of increase in our walk with God is founded upon that internal discovery of the overwhelming and abundant riches God has already placed in us in Jesus. One of the things it leads us into is what Graham says in this message, "All of us want to live a life of impact and be effective in communicating the kingdom of God to the world around us.”

KEY SCRIPTURES:

Philemon 6
Luke 17:21
2 Pet 1:3
Col 2:9-10

This message comes from the BTV series titled “The Place of Increase," namely the episode “What Good Things are Already in Me?”
