Bowhunters Life #11 with Kimmi Greentree, Jessica Byers, Braxton Byers, and Rihana Cary Jun 12, 2018

Show notes

Hello everyone, welcome to the show. Today’s podcast is an episode I recorded with Rihanna Cary, Jessica and Braxton Byers, and my lovely cohost Kimmi Greentree. The Byers and Rihanna were down not to long ago to join me in Australia in pursuit of some of the hunting that I do on a regular basis. I thoroughly enjoyed hunting with this group of people, and am so thankful for the success that we had and how I was able to get to know each of them on a deeper level. In this episode we spend most of the time talking about Rihanna and Jessica’s testimony, particularly how the were lead into a life of hunting and a career in the hunting industry. This discussion lead us to talk about the perspectives that non-hunters have, and the general amount of knowledge that is lacked by society when it comes to what it means to be a hunter and a meat eater. This episode is made possible by Maven Optics. I believe that Maven makes a phenomenal product for a fraction of the price of comparable companies. They are also one of the few companies that does fully customized optics, and are one of the few that have a rental program for you to try before you buy. I would definitely recommend renting a pair for your next trip, I know that you will be impressed. Thank you all for tuning in.

Hey everyone, welcome to the show. On today's episode I am joined once again by Antonio Lara and Kimmi Greentree, and we discuss the many events of our recent hunting trip together. Kimmi arrowed a buck and we go into a lot of detail behind the series of events, and Antonio and I talk a lot about a hunters instinct, the connection we as hunters have with the animals we kill, and the reality of what it means to be a hunter and all the emotion and depth that comes with it. Towards the end of the podcast we bring up the recent Yeti drama with the NRA, and we share our opinion and the truth behind the matter. This podcast is made possible by Option Archery, if you haven't checked out their stuff I highly recommend it. I use their gear because I believe its the best that you can buy, and I only use equipment that I fully trust, and know will not fail me. Hope you all enjoy this episode and thanks for listening.
