It used to be simple. Gary had his beautiful wife, Marie. He worked a decent 9-5 job, he had his chess and he had his freedom. When the Prawns came… everything changed.
This time Max and Sam look at the British dystopian genre, discussing Russell T Davies’s new dystopian family drama, Years and Years, Children Of Men, Doomsday, 1984, Brazil and the travesty that is Mortal Engines. Written by Samuel Jones and Max Bardsley, with performances by Norton O’hara and Marianna Panagiotakis, with live music and sound design by Oliver McAuley.

Sam and Max, or Nitpix as they're collectively known on YouTube, like to critique and comment on your favourite TV shows and films. In Bleeding on the Page they put their minds together to create the scripts they want to see. With each episode a new tale is told, written by Nitpix, performed by actors, and served with live sound effects. From science fiction to buddy cops, and everything in between, Bleeding on the Page is an absurd look into genre, the art storytelling, and great movies.
