    We congratulate Mitchell Davis on winning the 2024 2nd VP position for the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement (NOBLE). As he is set to take on the role as President in 2026 listen to his and the other candidates' backstory with law enforcement and NOBLE and their platform for the future.The three candidates, Mitchell Davis, Wayne Harris, and Dr. E. Jacob Rieux Jr, introduce themselves and discuss their backgrounds and experiences in law enforcement. They also explain why they are running for the position and their priorities if elected. The main themes of the conversation include personal introductions, the importance of relationships and community engagement, the role of leadership in law enforcement organizations, the need for rebranding and modernization, the focus on training and education, and the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in law enforcement.
