Stay ConnectedA comedy game design podcast by two guys who know nothing about comedy nor game design.
Join Trevor Scott and Ben Slinger as they take prompts from random word generators, movies, game titles and more and turn them into occasionally hilarious but always interesting game designs.
This week Ben and Trev discuss the following ideas throughout Ramped Up Click Pitch and Click Picture: the loneliness of solar mining, brawling psychic cats, the magical secret of floor 13, the generations old curse of a family is revealed, and of course a sexy deck builder.
Spirits, doff your humans! Ben and Trevor take a trip to SpiritCon 2020; figure out who shot first, the chicken or the egg; uncover a long lost nicotine mascot; catch up with Cupid 30 years into her life; fall from a building in slow motion; and more!
Over the top basketball with classic movie monsters, a rogue like based on the seven deadly sins, a game based around the super rock powers of Kurodust, the reaper takes a man on a trip to show why he's going to hell and if we are ever invaded by pineapple headed aliens, we must rise against their capitalist ideas.
Ben and Trevor laugh their way through another set of Click Pictures and Click Pitches.
From a modempunk adventure running from an AI written in QBasic, to Daniel Radcliffe as a wizard assassin, by way of an engineer who knows parkour and must stop a speeding mag-lev monorail - this week's episode of Bit Storm will take you places!
Demigods running riot in the a Battle Royale set at a prestigious University, make yourself sick in VR by moving the camera around by throwing and carrying you head, play as a fish taking a vacation in Europe, and we discuss a Wing Commander-esque game set under the ocean after the nuclear winter that wiped out all life on the surface. Ben and Trevor stumble their way through these ideas on this episode of Bit Storm.
Content Warning: Body Horror
We keep it simple this week and do a few long form Click Pitches, where we discover the next phase of the Flesh House saga, follow the story of a glow in the dark sticker, and fake our way through a movie premiere!
Bit Storm stands in support with the Black Lives Matter movement which is thankfully getting more political support across the planet this week - if only it didn't take such tragic circumstances to make it happen.

Ben and Trevor are going off the rails on a crazy train talking about the following game ideas. A post utopic world where AI has abandoned us, the theoretical back story for Oscar the Grouch, a karaoke management game set in the world of Wind in the Willows and the aforementioned Crazy Train.
Some prime world building this week as Ben and Trevor Click Pitch and Click Picture their way to a game where Lucifer plays a PR agent in an earth-bound Heaven City, the troubled parent of a pyrokinetic child, a rogue-like built around hybrid animals, a chilled out day spent in a comic book store, and more!
Yarr, have we got a crazy episode for you! An adventure game set in a soap opera, an alternate world version of Bruce Wayne, a cat version of the titanic and of course hipster pirates. Ben and Trev laugh their way through these ideas and more on this episode of Bit Storm.
