Show notes

Caroline Stanbury steps Behind The Rope. Once a Lady of London, now a Real Housewife of Dubai. The Queen has arrived. All hail. Before looking ahead, Caroline looks back at one of Bravo’s most Iconic shows gone way before its time, Ladies of London. We chat about the highs, lows, cat fights, Mapperton, Gift Library, cast changes, fall down drunk moments and drama of it all which, when said in a British accent, seemed totally high society to us Americans over here in the states. On that note, we talk about what a break out success the show was here in America and what Caroline’s frequent trips to WWHL and the states for press was like. Two words - insane fandom. We chat with Caroline about how much her life has changed since the end of Ladies of London seven years ago. Caroline has moved to Dubai, gotten divorced, met a man - on fire ex-professional soccer player Sergio Carrallo, gotten married and is now a Real Housewife of Dubai in one of the most anticipated Housewives franchises, well, ever!! Caroline opens up about meeting Sergio, courtship, engagement, and current dream life. Of course, we chat about her many celeb and Bravoleb friendships - Larsa Pippen, Patti Stanger, and now that she is back as a Real Housewife of Dubai, might we also chat Ladies of London Reboot? Are we being greedy? Does not matter cause we will take Ms. Stanbury any way we can get her!

Our On Air Apology To Jill Zarin & Moving Forward with Two RHONYs!! Apr 07, 2022

Show notes

First things first. After receiving a phone call from Jill Zarin, we have decided to issue an on air apology to the one, the only, Miss Jill Zarin. Unlike what y’all say about some of the greats - LVP and Ms. Frankel, although rare, we can apologize when we deem necessary. We break down our phone call with the RHONY OG and our full on air apology to Ms. Zarin lies within. In other news, if you have not heard, Bravo has broken our beloved franchise into two. We discuss what two RHONYs really means for the OGs, which OGs are likely to be asked and accept, who is likely to never be asked - in other words which past cast members this is good and bad news for, what the new RHONY is likely to look like Season One from he ground up, current casting updates for the new installment, which OGs are politicking hard, how both RHOSLC and RHOC affected Bravo’s decision and much, much, more. You have heard all the rest, now hear what is really going on with the saga of two RHONYS!

Jenni Pulos (on Flipping Out, Jeff Lewis, WWHL Theme Song & Being a Fan Fav!) Apr 01, 2022

Show notes

Flipping Out’s Fan Fav Jenni Pulos! Have y’all heard this chat way back when it was first released, before many of you stepped Behind The Rope. We didn’t think so. Today we share with you Fan Fav Jenni Pulos to Mention It All!!

Jenni Pulos steps Behind The Rope. Jenni fills us in on what she has been up to in life since we last saw her on our TV screens on the hit Bravo show Flipping Out. These days it is a whole lot of home schooling and family time from her home in SoCal and, in true Jenni fashion, she makes it all fun. We would expect nothing less from this Bravo fan fav. Originally from Portland Oregon, Jenni came to California for school and never left. Having pursued an acting career early on, Jenni once appeared in a movie with Chris O'Donnell and Renee Zellweger. She was also on an episode of Charmed with Alyssa Milano and Shannen Doherty (OMG!!). Jenni describes what it was like to be an actress and suddenly find herself a key component in a hit reality TV show. She describes the concept of how Flipping Out came about, how the show morphed into something different than what was originally intended, what filming was like and what she thought about the finished product once aired. Jenni offers advice to anyone starting out in Reality TV, discusses the high and lows of her tenure on Flipping Out and what it was like to have your wedding filmed on national TV. Of course, we discuss Jenni's illustrious rap career and her classic children’s songs such as Poo in the Potty, Take Your Vitamins and No Fighting, No Biting. Speaking of Rap and Hip Hop, Jenni and David bond over their favorites 50 Cent, Lil’ Kim and Foxy Brown as well as some of Jenni’s Real Housewife Friends Shannon Beador, Lisa Vanderpump, Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. Finally, we discuss one of the most important contributions to society over the past decade, the WWHL Theme Song which Jenni co-wrote. We need ALL the details please! A fun filled episode with this fan fav. Not to be missed.
