Show notes

What a year in Bravo! So many scandals, drama, breakups, makeups, kisses, infidelities and remember that “reckoning”? Our fav monthly maven, Miss Melissa Rivers, stops by to deep dive the Bravo mess that was 2023. We could not think of anyone more equipped to help us make sense of it all. Melissa shares her hot takes on The Scandoval, VPR’s life after, how everyone has won from it, Raquel’s new podcast under Bethenny’s guidance, Ariana’s new role as Roxie Hart in Chicago and what we can expect in a few weeks when Vanderpump Rules returns for its eleventh season. Yes, we react to the trailer separating fact from fiction, real from fake. We discuss new developments in the Kyle, Mauricio, Morgan saga, current RHOBH season, Kathy Hilton’s Holiday party and more. Speaking of shocking events, we break down the entire rebooted RHONY franchise, Andy’s off camera relationship with Jenna Lyons, jeans at a Housewives reunion and what the cast will most likely look like when RHONY begins filming season fifteen early next year. We talk Below Deck drama, what Melissa witnessed at her infamous dinner with Bethenny Frankel and last, but certainly not least, the master plan we think Daddy Cohen has had for Morgan Wade all along. Can anyone say new city, new housewives franchise? Stay tuned and press play!

Ramona Singer Crashes RHUGT Party, RHUGT Recap, Lindsay Hubbard Refuses To Film w/ Carl & Morgan Wade's New Kyle Confession Dec 21, 2023

Show notes

As we prepare for the new season of Summer House early next year, Lindsay Hubbard claims that when filming resumes in The Hamptons Summer of ’24, she no longer feels comfortable being in a house with Carl Radke and thus will not film with him. Has she learned nothing from The VanderKids now that Season Eleven is about to return with every cast member, including Ariana, having filmed scenes with Tom Sandoval? Ramona Singer crashed the RHONY RHUGT party and does not seem to give one fu$k. We break down that move, take you inside the premiere party, discuss the current season sharing all our hot takes and reveal who we find to be the surprising break out star. Finally, we check in on Kyle and Morgan Wade amidst Morgan’s RHOBH appearances, attendance at Kathy Hilton’s Holiday party and revealing new song which features multiple references to the one and only Kyle Richards.

PATRICK DUFFY (on Dallas, Bobby Ewing, Step By Step, Co-Stars & Reboots) Dec 20, 2023

Show notes

Patrick Duffy steps Behind The Rope. Yes, Bobby Ewing in the flesh! Patrick is here to chat about the full anthology of his career and what it was like to be part of one of the most iconic shows of all time, Dallas. Patrick reminisces about being cast, the early days on set with co-stars Larry Hagman, Linda Gray, Charlene Tilton and Victoria Principal - to name a few, the highs and lows of Bobby Ewing, best and worst storylines for the character and how life changed as a result of Dallas. Patrick opens up about his decision to leave the show after eight seasons, returning after only one season off, the decision to bring Bobby back to life a la the “dream season”, the viral reaction from fans, life after Dallas and the positives and negatives of playing one character for so long. Patrick also opens up about his life long friendships with Larry Hagman and Linda Gray, the TNT “Dallas Reboot” that ended way too soon, the future of the Dallas legacy and whether another Reboot is looming on the horizon. Of course, there was also that other mega hit Patrick was a part of, Step By Step. We talk the transition from Bobby Ewing to comedy, working with Icon Suzanne Somers, other parts he would love to play and finding love again with actress Linda Pearl. Thank you Patrick. What a fun trip down memory lane regarding one of the best and most iconic TV shows to ever exist!

JULIE GOLDMAN & BRANDY HOWARD (on Jeff Lewis, Bravo Drama/Feuds & Vanderpump Rules) - II Dec 17, 2023

Show notes

Julie Goldman and Brandy Howard from Bravo’s "The People’s Couch" step back Behind The Rope. You may have heard a thing of two about them feuding with Jeff Lewis lately. You may have heard a thing or two about Heather McDonald’s involvement as well. Here we were thinking it was going to be a nice, happy, peaceful end of 2023. Ya, right. We figured this was the perfect time to share this blast from the past chat with Julie and Brandy listening for and uncovering many Easter eggs of foreshadowing of what was to come on their eventual, brutal, ugly fall out with Mr. Jeff Lewis. We talk Jeff Lewis, Gage, Jenni Pulos, Kelly Dodd, Lea Black and tons more Bravo, Housewives and Jeff drama as we take this trip down memory lane. Part II starts now.
