    In this episode, Dr. McLay joins Dr. Kelly to discuss improving sleep behaviors (for your children and yourself). McLay shares information about the sleep study research her and her colleagues at the University of Canterbury are conducting with children and adolescents with autism and rare genetic disorders. In this episode, McLay shares three key areas for assessing and improving sleep: sleep-wake cycle, sleep efficiency/hygiene, and consequences for “curtain calls” or middle of the night awakenings.
