Today, let's make a conscious choice to live in the present, trust God with our future, and actively process our worries. Instead of letting anxiety control us, let's control it by inviting God into our struggles. To put this into practice consider the following steps.

Find a trusted therapist to learn the skill of processing and understanding your emotions.
Hold a vulnerable conversation with a spouse, friend or family member.
In prayer, meditate on a particular worry in your life and write down every observation you can about that worry and offer it to God.

Seeking forgiveness is a lifestyle because no one is perfect. With that in mind, take some time today to walk through the steps below.

In a journal, write down an area of your life where you truly need forgiveness.
In prayer, begin to invite God into that area. Invite his conviction and forgiveness.
With a trusted family member or friend confess, seek forgiveness, and commit to a new way forward.

This process will take time. Don’t rush it. Healing is worth the wait. God will be with you.

Pray by bringing specific needs and concerns to God, seeking strength, wisdom, and patience for the tasks at hand.

At the end of each day, reflect on the prayers made and recognize where they have been answered to nurture faith growth.

You do not have to have all the answers or know what to do next.
With that in mind take the next few steps to rely on God.
- Humbly acknowledge your limit without shame.
- In prayer and as specifically as you can write down or speak out loud where you need help.
- Listen for God’s voice.
- Let go of ego, pride, and welcome God’s direction.
- As you go about your day and encounter your limit take time to pause, ask for God’s help, and follow his guidance.

Today, take some time to prayerfully consider how to take one or all of the three steps below:

Choose Actively: Make choices that align with the teachings of Jesus and contribute to the betterment of the world.

Surrender to God's Will: Surrender our desires to God's will, allowing it to guide our actions and decisions.

Pray for God’s Kingdom on Earth: Pray for God's kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven, seeking justice, peace, and love to prevail in the world.
