Hi, I’m Rivky Itzkowitz I’m the founder and designer at Impact Fashion and I’m the host here at Be Impactful, the show about women making an Impact in their own corners of the world. I started Impact Fashion in November of 2016 so that the modest minded women in my community could feel empowered to put their best foot forward every day, regardless of their size. In the process of growing my business I’ve been fortunate enough to connect with women of all different types and from all different fields. And the main lesson I’ve learnt is that we are all just improvising. We’re going around doing the best we can with what we’ve got, feeling self conscious about what everyone else is accomplishing. The truth is, the people who you’re looking over your shoulder at are probably doing the exact same thing to someone else.
So let’s talk about the real nitty gritty in our lives and journeys and lift each other up by being just a bit more open. Join me and my guests as we try to figure out what it means to Be Impactful.

Shira Lankin Sheps is a writer, photographer, and clinically trained therapist. She is the creator and publisher of The Layers Project Magazine, an online magazine that explores in-depth insights into the challenges and triumphs of the lives of Jewish women, and is passionate about creating spaces for stories that need to be told and changing the dialogue around stigmatized topics. Earning a B.A. in English Literature at Stern College of Yeshiva University and MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College; she made aliyah in 2018 and lives in Jerusalem with her husband and children. "Layers: Personal Narratives of Struggle, Resilience, and Growth From Jewish Women" (published by Koren Publishers Jerusalem) is her first book.

Helping Hands with Leah Freier-Levine Jan 11, 2021

Leah Levine is Judge Ruchie Freier's daughter, and the COO of Ezras Nashim. Her responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing fundraising, recruitment, outreach, marketing, social media, and advertising, in addition to general operations management and workflow assignment. Leah also often represents the organization for news and media engagements. While Leah is busy planning and scheduling to allow for the smooth running of the organization, she has some scheduling of her own to coordinate as well, since she's also in college working towards an MBA in nonprofit management and recently completed the EMT course herself. Oh, and have we mentioned she's just 22 years old?!

My name is Esther Taub Schlesinger. I am the leading English speaking Personal Trainer in the beautiful country of Israel! Throughout my 9 years in the field I have had the privilege of helping several thousands of woman reach their health goals. I started my business by giving small Kickboxing classes in my apartment, and eventually it transitioned to personal training around 5-11 personal training sessions every day, 6 days a week! Dini Klein is a food host, recipe developer, former private chef, mom of three, and founder of Prep and Rally.

She started her professional career in fashion, and quickly found that creative outlet in food. After working as a private chef for seven years she found a solution to a problem many families (including her own) were facing. Getting a wholesome dinner on the table while working full-time was almost impossible and she needed a solution. Prep and Rally was born.

Creating food content is Dini's passion and she's worked with brands such as Walmart, Starbucks, Weight Watchers, Popsugar, Barilla, Sam's Club, Cool Whip and more. She's a Tastemaker on Tastemade where she develops food videos, and recipes for their social channels, and has her videos featured on Roku, Amazon, and Apple TV. Her recipes have been published in cookbooks such as Starbucks Coffee, Dawn to Dusk, and Pediatricians Guide to Feeding Babies and Toddlers. Dini has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Goop in addition to appearing live on KTLA , The Hallmark Channel , KSDK, and The CW.

Dini lives in Los Angeles with her husband Mike, and their three kids.
