The Universe is responding to the way we see ourselves and who we believe ourselves to be, and it always wants to meet us there. It always wants to show us who we are, and it always wants to give us what we want. So, it's doubly potent when you know what you want and you work on who you are.
Allow this to be your permission slip to drop in and intentionally notice the miracles and manifestations you once prayed for that you now have. Sink into the present moment to celebrate and savor the beautiful unfolding of your life.
Your desires are already yours because the Universe truly has your back.
When you learn to keep the faith and build trust in your co-creation with the Universe, beautiful miracles begin to occur leading up to the moment of fruition when your dreams arrive in divine timing. This is part of the process of integration, so soak it all in and fully experience the momentum of positive energy that surrounds you and your desires. :sparkles:

Redefining a Strong Black Woman Ft. Coached By Joc | Ep. 212 Apr 25, 2022

On today’s episode, Ashley is joined by Coach Joc, life coach for black women. When she’s not enjoying a glass of Stella Rosa or spending time with her family, Joc coaches black women to see their worth and gives them permission to do life differently. Coach Joc’s goal is to dismantle the stigma of the “strong black woman” by teaching black millennial women how to take themselves off the back burner and prioritize their healing and inner work so they can experience more joy and deeper connections.
Coach Joc is the shot of tequila everyone needs for their personal development and healing journey.
“Making the transition between being a strong black woman versus an empowered black woman, there is a difference there.”
Being a catalyst for transformation is often uncomfortable and hard to understand, but it’s precisely what the world needs more of, i.e. new age thinkers and cycle breakers who are willing to push past their own discomfort and start conversations about generational beliefs that forge new ways of being for present and future generations.

It’s time to deconstruct the misconception that coaches have it all together all the time, when the truth is that coaches are not perfect nor are they experts on life.
The idea of perfection is an illusion, isn’t it?
In reality, coaches are humans, and they’re not exempt from fully experiencing the polarities and challenges that are unique to each individual from moment to moment.
As coaches…
“You don’t have to be an expert at life. What you get to be is an expert at your coaching craft.”
Here’s the truth: There is no one person who knows how to be a human fully, and the beautiful thing about our collective reality is that we are ALL living imperfectly perfect lives. Our journeys may share similar themes of pain and struggle, but each person’s experiences are different.
Continuous growth and new energetic codes are birthed from each person who commits to expanding and striving to achieve their next level of human potential. :sparkles:

On today’s episode, Ashley is joined by the incredible Andrea Blindt, a registered nurse who specializes in fertility, women's health, and pediatrics. Andrea is a holistic health practitioner, best-selling author, and Life & Mindset Coach.
After Andrea struggled with infertility, multiple surgeries, two miscarriages, a complicated IVF journey, and the deaths of her newborn twins, she decided to change the way she was living. This shift allowed her to heal her body, conceive naturally, and create her business, Growing Miracles with Andrea. She uses her personal healing journey to bring wisdom and hope to her patients.
