Think back on the holiday season. Did you have to do stuff you didn't want to do? Did you NOT get to do stuff that you DID want to do? Did you have to put up with the unpleasantness of others - even and including your own children? Well, it's mid-January now, and you may be suffering from a condition and not even know it. Kyle is here to explain to Meg and the Awesome Today fam what DOMS/DOMPS is, what to do if you have it, and of course they talk about all the things of note to watch, read, listen, and add to your lifestyle. Also Meg threatens Kyle's life, but she's (probably) just kidding.

Let's barrel on into 2023 with Meg and Kyle and what they've been watching, reading, listening to, and adding to their lifestyles! One of Meg's all-time faves is on Netflix, and also, it's from 1989. Kyle has been much more current. Kyle also found a fascinating podcast and the search for sleep socks might be over! Meg has been doing daily yoga, and it's way better than she thought.

Awesome Today fam, it's nearly Christmas and Meg and Kyle are nearly bleary-eyed with holiday prep which explains the higher-than-usual levels of silliness for this week's conversation! It's mostly TV talk (complete with light arguing), reflections on earliest gaming experiences, and a hilariously-themed cocktail menu.
Happy holidays, fam!

Happy mid-December from Meg and Kyle! As an early holiday gift, they've got an extra-long episode of ridiculous chit-chat ready for you today. Topics include the ineptitude of the HBOMAX app, how TikTok runs our lives, and the Unsinkable Molly Brown! Happy listening, fam!

Happy December, Awesome Today fam! Meg and Kyle need to deliberate the true nature of the breakout performance of Jeremy Allen White, as well as the psychological benefits of being a skeptic. But don't worry, there's lots of pop culture to cover too, including what's good on Netflix, whether or not Spotify Wrapped is rigged, and what makes nonfiction fascinating. Merry merry!
