Born into a family of healers who included a Full Blooded Mic-Mac Medicine woman, a Harvard University psychic test subject and a premier medium at Camp Etna at the turn of the century, Dr. Kevin Ross Emery is no stranger to spiritual and psychic gifts. Working as an intuitive for over 30 years, Kevin ran a successful healing center in Portsmouth, NH for many years. Dr. Bruce Lipton is an internationally recognized authority in bridging science and spirit. He has been a guest speaker on dozens of TV and radio shows, as well as keynote presenter for national conferences. Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a cell biologist. He received his Ph.D. Degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville before joining the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine in 1973. Dr. Lipton’s research on muscular dystrophy, studies employing cloned human stem cells, focused upon the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behavior. An experimental tissue transplantation technique developed by Dr. Lipton and colleague Dr. Ed Schultz and published in the journal Science was subsequently employed as a novel form of human genetic engineering. In 1982, Dr. Lipton began examining the principles of quantum physics and how they might be integrated into his understanding of the cell’s information processing systems. He produced breakthrough studies on the cell membrane, which revealed that this outer layer of the cell was an organic homologue of a computer chip, the cell’s equivalent of a brain. His research at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, between 1987 and 1992, revealed that the environment, operating though the membrane, controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes on and off. His discoveries, which ran counter to the established scientific view that life is controlled by the genes, presaged one of today’s most important fields of study, the science of epigenetics. Two major scientific publications derived from these studies defined the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body. Smith is the author of Innermost Parts: Theory of Spiritual Relativity, Law of the Abundant Life (released nationwide January 2009), whose foreword was written by national and international, motivational speaker, Les Brown. Dr. Smith has taken her experience of ‘going within’ to create the life she now lives and has written a timeless guide of practical steps on how you too can go within to find the answers you need to live your abundant life now! As an entrepreneur, Dr. Smith utilized her ‘going within’ approach to develop the mindset of the CEO. This mindset led her to become the founder and CEO of ABC Legacy Group, a business support services firm that assists entrepreneurs in developing, growing, positioning, and stabilizing their businesses. Dr. Smith is also a founding partner of Juniorversity, a state-of-the-art childcare center located in the South Bay area of Southern California. Her work in the childcare care industry positioned her to make numerous appearances on the PBS Special, “A Place of Our Own,” as the show’s expert opinion. The Institute of Scholar Training & Academic Tutorial (S.T.A.T.), a non-profit, education based organization, was founded by Dr. Sabra Smith in 1998. In 1999, the organization established the S.T.A.T. At-Risk Program, which focused on educating youth, particularly in the inner city of Los Angeles, who were at-risk of dropping out of school. In 2000, Mitchell Goldstone, USC alumnus and President of 30 Minute Photos Etc. in Irvine, Calif., united with Dr. Smith by calling attention to the Institute of Scholar Training and Academic Tutorial (S.T.A.T). Goldstone promoted S.T.A.T. to his business contacts and donated services to help raise monies to meet the program’s annual budget. Subsequent to establishing the S.T.A.T. At-Risk Program, Dr. Smith published a dissertation entitled: Internet Distance Learning and One-to-One Tutoring: A Reconceptualized Approach for Youth At-Risk of Dropping Out.

Chakrapani -- Vedic Astrology May 22, 2009

Chakrapani is a Vedic Astrologer from Kerala, South India. He was born into a traditional Hindu family of astrologers where the practice of Astrology has been passed from father to son for many generations. Chakrapani began to receive training from his father while still a young boy. In Chakrapani's village, as well as in much of rural India, astrological principals were a part of the customs and rituals of village life; education in the subject was as much a way of life as a focus of study. Thus Chakrapani, like many before him, learned Astrology both as a science involving mathematics and the application of numerous laws and principles, as well as a style of thinking which holds tantamount the premise that all life is sacred and connected to an organic whole. From his youth, Chakrapani had a deep interest in spiritual life, and desire for greater experience and understanding led him to seek out many saints and sages in India. Thus began a long association with both unknown sadhus as well as many of the most revered spiritual leaders of our time. Chakrapani earned a degree in business studies and law and traveled widely in his capacity as a financial and legal advisor to the companies he represented. In 1979, he was invited by Swami Muktananda to come to America as an astrological consultant. By 1982, Chakrapani had established his own consulting practice where he has continued for the last 25 years. Chakrapani´s many years in America, and his extensive travels in Europe, Asia, and elsewhere have given him ample opportunity to study how astrological principles are expressed differently in various different cultures. He has become an expert in integrating the astrological principles of Vedic Astrology into the cultural mores of America and other western cultures, a somewhat daunting prospect for an astrologer visiting from the East.

As an animal communicator my desire is to bring animals and people to a closer understanding of each other so that they can fully enjoy their relationship. When I read the book "Kinship With All Life" by Allen J. Boone about 11 years ago, I was instantly struck by a passion to talk to animals, and have them talk to me, the way that Allen described in his book. Since I thought I had to be a guru or a gifted psychic in order to have the intuitive ability to communicate, I hesitated to pursue my desire to talk to animals. A few months later I noticed other books on the subject and read more. I learned that many of the people who communicated with animals had been taught through workshops and practice. When I took my first workshop I was hooked. I was already able to communicate with animals. Over the years I have refined my skills though workshops and practice sessions. I have assisted many people to understand the simple needs and joys of their animal friends. Coming from 16 years in the computer industry in Management positions to my current position as an Animal Communicator at a Healing Center has been a great experience.
