Show notes

Katie Prejean McGrady introduces Ave Explores, a new project from Ave Maria Press.

This season, we explore Mary, our Blessed Mother, answering some big questions about her and the role she plays in our lives. Why does she matter, and how can we get to know her? What does it mean to pray with Mary, to emulate Mary, to trust like Mary? Who is she, really?

You'll hear stories from a woman who travels around the country, as a "hobo for Christ" and insights from the Editor-In-Chief of Catholic News Agency. You'll learn about a mom of 7 who hosts a morning rosary on Instagram live, a priest who got to know Mary during his years in seminary, and hear the story of resilience and strength from a mom who lost her eldest son to suicide.

All this, and more, on this first season of Ave Explores.
