    Show notes

Welcome to "Ask the Tech Coach," a podcast for Instructional Coaches and Technology Integration Specialists. In this episode of “Ask the Tech Coach,” Jeff welcomes Christina Cockrell and Yasha Chapman on the program to discuss the importance of building relationships with both teachers AND administrators, especially as the second half of the year kicks off. If you would like to be a part of future podcasts and share your thoughts, please contact the podcast. We would love to have you join the show.

    Question of the Week

Our favorite part of recording a live podcast each week is participating in the great conversations that happen on our live chat, on social media, and in our comments section. This week’s question is: Why should Coaches reconnect with their administrators in-between the December holiday break and the February mid-winter break?

    Weekly Topic

    • How can a coach assist teachers in reestablishing norms in the classroom after a long holiday break?
    • How can coaches establish their spring time relationship with their administrators?
    • Creating a safe coaching space when you are in a position of leadership.
