Today's show is on the Anafi AI drone and why we recommended it over the DJI drones in the past and if the Anafi AI still is the preferred drone over the latest offerings from DJI? Our question for today is from Easton who wants to clarify something we spoke in 2020 about preferring the Anafi AI over the DJI products. Easton owns a DJI Mini 3 Pro and with the Mini 3 Pro, Easton would like to know whether we still recommend the Anafi and would like us to back our recommendations with relevant data and information. Thank you for the question, Easton. We respond to today's question by providing a quick overview and data on the time and resources used by a Phantom and Anafi AI for carrying out a drone mapping mission. We elaborate on how the Anafi AI compares to some of the present day drones on paramaters such as shutter, mapping time and ease of mapping and discuss the important parameters that volume mappers need to keep in mind while working on mapping projects. We also look into ground sampling distance and what impacts it alongside discussing the larger sensor advantage of the Anafi AI. We also look into various offerings provided by current DJI drones such as the Mini 3 Pro, the Mavic 3 Enterprise and when these drones can be utilized for mapping alongside recommendations for mapping drones based on on the continued debate on Chinese v American drone discussion.
