UFOs Swarmed The Crash Site - Sedge Masters | ep. 95 Jul 10, 2026

Show notes

In 1998, UFO Magazine published a strange three-part series written by an apparent pseudonymous author named Greg Halifax. The articles followed a character called Sedge Masters, an intelligence operative recruited into a deeply classified UFO crash-retrieval program known as Zodiac.Across the series, Masters is briefed on alleged recovered craft, non-human bodies, reverse-engineering efforts and a specialized military recovery team whose members return from a mission with ninety minutes of missing time. He is brought in to interrogate the men, investigate what happened during the recovery and gradually descend into a compartmentalized world involving Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, underwater objects, recovered technology and decades of UFO secrecy. For this complete readthrough, I’m reading all three original installments published in:UFO Magazine — May/June 1998, Volume 13, Number 3Featuring “Deep Files Trans ‘X’ Communiqué: Letter to a UFO Recruit”UFO Magazine — September 1998, Volume 13, Number 5UFO Magazine — December 1998, Volume 13, Number 8The articles were presented as fictionalized and largely unverified. However, their significance changed after a leaked 1999 email revealed that physicist Hal Puthoff believed the stories may have been only slightly fictionalized versions of a real source’s experiences preparing records for the archives at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.Whether the Sedge Masters story is fiction, a composite of genuine intelligence accounts, or something deliberately placed between the two remains unknown. This is the complete original story, read exactly as it appeared across the three issues of UFO Magazine.

Luigi Vendittelli, director of the hit documentary S4: The Bob Lazar Story, returns for one of the wildest conversations we've ever had on the show. From his days as the youngest MUFON investigator in the world to directing the highest audience-rated Bob Lazar film ever, Luigi has seen it all. Expect mind-bending accounts of a little girl believed to be the daughter of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, prophetic dreams, mysterious disappearances, and what Bob Lazar was allegedly shown in those religion files at S4. Some of these stories get very strange.
