Many people take personality tests to try and find out a little more about themselves and companies often use them to help find the right person for the job. However, not everyone is sold on these tests. For example, a New York Times article recently referred to them as "the Astrology of the office". This week the AQQA team have a look at personality tests and discuss whether they have any value. You can find us on twitter and insta @aqqapod.
