Sarah attends Bravo's Summer House reunion screening and shrieks so loudly that she puts herself on a self-imposed silent retreat (West understands both of these words, with different meaning). After imagining a combo of downward dog and cat/cow (back hilling, back hilling), she moves into a more sustainable yoga position - sitting upright in the cloff - for a deep dive of the Summer House reunion part 1. Among this wide-ranging mention it all: West and Amanda's consciously uncoupled perspective on accountability/shame, Ciara's powerhouse performance (bcc Carl and Jesse and Dame Lindsay Hubbard), betrayal vs. shock, putting an expiration date on impulse control, West and Amanda's bewildering use of "the timeline" to avoid accountability and also continue to seemingly boldface lie about when things turned, the history of using Ciara as a "vessel," KJ's moving vulnerability about his mental health struggle and diagnosis of borderline personality disorder, calling Amanda "weak" (and the sky, blue), Amanda's seemingly underlying spite at Ciara, and why Sarah will be first in line at Jesse Solomon's next NYC performance. Bailey studied at the Lindsay Hubbard school of drama, and Sarah appreciates the dedication to craft - it's Andy's Girls, Episode 798!

Highlighted Organizations Supporting Civilians in Israel and Palestine:
Women Wage Peace: Women Wage Peace is the largest grassroots peace movement in Israel whose purpose is to promote a political agreement, involving women in the process. Today the movement has more than 44,000 members.
NewGround: a Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change: NewGround envisions an America where Muslims and Jews and others, both secular and religious, model lasting partnerships and engagement in authentic communication and mutual cooperation. The organization empowers Muslims, Jews and allies to bridge divisions and leverage shared values to strengthen our communities and our fragile democracy.
Standing Together: Standing Together is a progressive grassroots movement mobilizing Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel against the occupation and for peace, equality, and social justice. We know that the majority have far more in common than that which sets us apart and only a tiny minority benefits from the status quo. The future that we want — peace and independence for Israelis and Palestinians, full equality for everyone in this land, and true social, economic, and environmental justice — is possible.
Solutions Not Sides: Solutions Not Sides has been teaching skills of empathy, active listening, communication, critical thinking and conflict resolution through exploration of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict since 2010. Our programme is based on three key values: non-violence, equality for all, and the rejection of hatred.
Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF): PCRF is the primary humanitarian organization in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most. Access to essential resources like food, clean water, and healthcare is severely limited. Urgent action is needed. With your support, we can continue this vital work, ensuring that the over one million children of Gaza receive the urgent care they need and deserve. https://www.pcrf.net/
