Before relishing in a main course, sometimes you have to suffer through some wilted lettuce that may or may not be contaminated (do not ask the RHOC ladies if they believe in the CDC). And so, Sarah realizes that before she can throw a celebration of life (not in the funereal way, bcc Phaedra Parks, on call), for part 1 of the RHOA reunion, she needs to unpack some other....stuff. And who better to partner with on an epic two-part deep dive than Sarah's pal, the teller of truths, a man who knows the power of wordplay except when it comes from Kelli: Michael Arceneaux (New York Times bestselling author, podcaster, and Bravoholic). Over the course of this bedazzled spectacular, Sarah and Michael unpack RHUGT's premiere (and just-released clips from the second episode), Nene's triumphant return to Bravo (and prestige placement on the ep), Vicki's locked-in LinkedIn persona (and outdated instincts on what makes a all-star ensemble show work), a misunderstanding around conflict as core, the difference between sharing vulnerability and amplifying bad actors (Slade is too Smiley), possible solutions to fix RHOC, Andy's prestige work as mediator at the RHOA and Valley reunions (amid two very different environments), Porsha and K. Michelle's leadership, Drew's Sheree Era (She By Toxic Date), Angela and Kelli's social media battle, Kelli's projection about money and men, ruminating on Team Shamea v. Pandora's box, and a to be continued on Phaedra v. Pinky. RHOC was in Vegas, and what happens in Vegas, didn't happen at all - it's Andy's Girls, Episode 823! Part 1!

Highlighted Organizations:
Women Wage Peace: Women Wage Peace is the largest grassroots peace movement in Israel whose purpose is to promote a political agreement, involving women in the process. Today the movement has more than 44,000 members.
NewGround: a Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change: NewGround envisions an America where Muslims and Jews and others, both secular and religious, model lasting partnerships and engagement in authentic communication and mutual cooperation. The organization empowers Muslims, Jews and allies to bridge divisions and leverage shared values to strengthen our communities and our fragile democracy.
Standing Together: Standing Together is a progressive grassroots movement mobilizing Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel against the occupation and for peace, equality, and social justice. We know that the majority have far more in common than that which sets us apart and only a tiny minority benefits from the status quo. The future that we want — peace and independence for Israelis and Palestinians, full equality for everyone in this land, and true social, economic, and environmental justice — is possible.
Solutions Not Sides: Solutions Not Sides has been teaching skills of empathy, active listening, communication, critical thinking and conflict resolution through exploration of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict since 2010. Our programme is based on three key values: non-violence, equality for all, and the rejection of hatred.
Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF): PCRF is the primary humanitarian organization in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most. Access to essential resources like food, clean water, and healthcare is severely limited. Urgent action is needed. With your support, we can continue this vital work, ensuring that the over one million children of Gaza receive the urgent care they need and deserve. https://www.pcrf.net/
