S5 Ep391: Kathleen's Financial Issues Broken Down By Money Pro Suze Orman Apr 04, 2022

Show notes

Kathleen loves the "Women & Money" podcast by Suze Orman and she recently decided to write into the podcast for some financial advice. Bethany and Kathleen dissect what Suze and her wife KT have to say to Kathleen's letter. Bethany thinks Kathleen is defensive. Kathleen feels (only slightly) attacked by Suze, but sometimes tough love is the best love.
And... listen to all the Bonus Bud names from Patreon read at the end in our very amazing and very terrible accents!

S5 Ep390: Crime Scene Cleaners & the Deadliest Animals To Humans Mar 31, 2022

Show notes

Take off yer shoes and get in the swimmin’ hole cuz Bethany and Kathleen are ready to showcase two very strange and fascinating topics! First, Bethany’s new show obsession led her to look into the world of “Trauma Cleaners,” the unsung heroes who clean up after crime scenes. Why do they do it, what tools do they use, and what tips can us normies learn from their job? Then, Kathleen’s in Texas and wadin’ through the deadliest animals (besides humans). How do you survive a bear attack? How do you survive a snake bite? And where in the US are there ZERO mosquitoes? (The answer will surprise you!)

S5 Ep386: Am I the Asshole? & The Truth About Hell Town, Ohio Mar 10, 2022

Show notes

Kathleen’s favorite subreddit, “Am I the Asshole?" is also great fodder for some debates and self-reflection. Is a bride-to-be the asshole for boycotting her MIL’s wedding but still wanting to borrow her wedding dress? Is a graphic novel lover the asshole for telling his local pushy bookstore owner that he can find their books cheaper on Amazon? Then, Bethany is telling the truth (and some of the fun urban legends) surrounding Boston Township, Ohio, aka “Hell Town.” #SatanistsOrNah? Plus, Kathleen has a new business idea!
