Many ADHDers experience Self Sabotage; the most frustrating part is that it can be so hard to spot! So where is the long awaited Season 3?! Well... there isn't gonna be one! :) I've realised that the fear of 'the Season that shall not be named' failing has led me down a path of Self Sabotage so severe I've been stuck for months so instead I'm just ploughing on!Helping me do so is the INCREDIBLE Kim Pierpoint.
In the same way this Podcast started over 2 years ago, this is a conversation between two late discovered ADHD women sharing their struggles to raise awareness, and break the stigma in the hope that their experiences help others.

Many late discovered ADHD adults find it hard to know where to begin when it comes to ADHD Unmasking. In this micro-episode ADHD Coach Meghann Birks gives us her top tip to help unpick those negative beliefs we've accumulated to help us find our authentic selves.
I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Meghann on her amazing Podcast: Sisters in Stoke and we've been in semi constant contact ever since. This Canadian LEGEND lives in Melbourne and she's all heart, humour and wisdom. Meghann invites us all to ''f**k around and find out!"
We go on a little side-quest about internalised mysogyny, beauty standards and body image issues, but somehow Meghann uses her time wizardry to cram her Unmasking knowledge into a short TITBIT episode.

The topic of this micro-Interview with @adultingadhd is RSD: Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, commonly experienced by many ADHDers. There are some in the ADHD community that dispute if RSD is real, but Rach and I strongly disagree! We are RSD Warriors not 'just worriers', as we were both dismissed as in childhood!
In just ten(sih) minutes the LEGENDARY Rach shares experiences of and top tips to combat the dysphoric perception of rejection that so many of us battle daily. I'm the queen of RSD so really appreciate Rach's advice.
