Maceo appears to be an early adopter in all industries I mentioned.

Maceo’s first venture into business was as a trader, and he worked with the computerization of the industry. He was a successful trader but enjoyed the training side of finance due to his empathy.

His second venture was in social media in 2005 before the iPhone, we discussed the best way to leverage social media with cost-per-click advertising and automation of ads.

Maceo’s third and recent venture is in healthcare, where he is ahead of the game as this is an important industry for the US market. We talk about care homes and how to improve this industry for customers and entrepreneurs.

My view on macro and micro pandemic economy Nov 26, 2020

This is a podcast where I talk about the UK economy, it is important to be empathic of the people who have lost their jobs but we need to think about the debt also. The best way to support our economy is to use the local businesses, go to the local coffee shop, pub, restaurants, hotels and shops.

Tough decision needs to be made, unemployment is going to rise in 2021, which is a concern. The UK economy is shrinking, sharpest in the last 300 years. The government spending for the next few years is going to be key for the future of the UK economy.

This is a tough subject for me, I have had multiple bereavement recently and the process of probate has been difficult for me.

Always learning Dec 28, 2017

I want to continue my want to always learn. This can take place by books, audiobooks, podcasts and mentors.

For the last 2 years I have been on a mission to learn from more experienced people. I prefer to listen to audio books and podcasts, I commute to work and I find listening the best way to collect knowledge and the most efficient way.

The want for knowledge can use other ways like Youtube and documentaries. You decide if you want to watch a documentary or a soap opera.

I will continue my mission, hopefully you will join me in this campaign to gather knowledge from more experienced people.

Moving from administrator to a consultant Dec 12, 2017

I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset. In my first podcast, I would like to explain my route from a job with limited promotions to a career which is unlimited.

I was employed an administrator for a corporate company which I experienced the highs and lows of the job. I then had a life changing experience which allowed me to reassess my priorities and my career came into focus. I then spent a period of hard work moving to a consultant.

The result has been a rewarding period of career success which has improved my life and made me happy.
