Welcome back! Today we have a special guest on our show, Alejandra Arce. Also this episode will be in Spanish. We are talking about all things wellness, and the importance of taking care of our health, and passing those lessons on to our kids.
Alejandra Arce was born in Mexico City,and currently resides in Petaluma, CA (Wine Country). She graduated from Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as a Health Coach, and soon realized that Holistic Nutrition is one of my greatest passions.
IIN not only taught her how important it is to eat real food, but also I taught her the importance of our circle of our life, meaning those who surround us, our friendships, our employment, our creativity, are all a part of our primary foods. And her biggest life motto is, "Why do I take care of myself? Because I Love Myself."
