1. Simplify your workspace every day. I focus on improving every space in my house and workspace by 1% every time I'm there. Leave everything nicer than it was before.
2. Create a Listing Habit & Don't Break the Chain Example: 100 listings a week (20 a day M-F, shop on Sat/Sun)

4. THIS IS THE TOP PIECE OF ADVICE: Put all of your effort into getting the top 20% of your category (you will find incredible opportunities if you focus your energy on getting GREAT at 1-3 categories instead of scattering your attention. Even if you hate the category, I recommend you do this process once, and then you can apply it to a category you like. If you know how to get into the top of any endeavor, you can translate it to something else. After you do this, you're welcome to add something else to your plate.

6. Make sure all returns are closed. Don't sweat returns, they happen.
7. Make sure your eBay bill is paid.

9. Request to list more each month, even if you don't need it. (You can ask more than once a month if you need to, just makes sure you're close to your limit and you have solid metrics.)
