Dee reveals how she knew that Kev was the one she wanted to marry and what girls should look for in a Godly man.

Body Image & Our Relationship with Food Mar 08, 2024

This week's episode is all about FOOD! Kev and Dee dive into their experiences with food and how that has played a role in body image struggles. They talk about how to eat in moderation, practices to implement for healthy eating and how to have a positive outlook on enjoying a chicken sandwich from time to time. As LP's, body representation hasn't always been a thing so they get into it!

Dee talks about growing up as a woman and not finding clothes that fit her size, while Kev opens up about being a recovering vegan and how his approach to healthy eating has changed.

Curious Kids Aren't Bad Kids Mar 02, 2024

Love on Purpose: Communicating About Everything is Everything Feb 16, 2024

Communication is not just a choice or decision made in a relationship when it feels good to do it. No, communication is something that is needed at all times in a relationship. And not just any type of communication, good, honest, real, and uplifting is the key. In this episode Dee and Kev use their engagement season as the framework to have an impactful conversation on the importance of communication. As they have found through the years, a lot more damage can be done through less communication.

Kev reflects honestly on his 2023 goals and Dee explains her purpose behind setting a word for the year before setting any goals. Goals do not have to be a big scary thing, rather they can be something that we thrive in as we walk in the light.
