Hey friend! I am so excited you are here! Welcome back to the podcast! Today I dive into a topic that is near and dear to my heart because I have been in this cycle FOR A LONG TIME! I am a go-getter, a fixer, someone who sees a problem and then starts figuring out how to get what I want...AND I would always look first to what I was DOING. I would look at my habits, actions, to-do list, schedule...I would look, and I would get down on myself because of the actions I was taking. I felt like I wasn't doing enough (even though I was busy); I felt like I SHOULD be able to build in these healthy habits...even though I would fall short constantly... I didn't even realize I was making one of the oldest mistakes in the book! I was looking at actions before I was looking at beliefs. So many times, we get caught in the trap and believe we are just not good enough. From science, we know that those thoughts are actually keeping us from doing the dos and getting the results!
