Britt Frank, LSCSW, SEP and I sit down today to have a candid discussion about trauma, feeling emotionally stuck, and emotional incest that adult children experience from growing up in a family with parents who don't respect boundaries. Britt Frank, LSCSW, SEP and I discuss why adults who experience emotional incest from their parents may stay stunted in their emotional growth.
