We interrupt our Spring Break to answer the ultimate question: what are our favorite Disney movies? We chat about our favorite princesses, best animal sidekicks and some truly epic soundtracks. To be clear, we are talking Disney and Pixar, including both animated AND life action (cough cough GENA cough cough). We could barely cover a portion of our Disney favorites so Star Wars and Marvel will have to wait for another day.
It’s been a month of Valkyrie training, dance lessons with Mor and lots of fun times with Cassian. Needless to say, Nesta is in absolutely amazing shape! As the Winter Solstice approaches, Gwyn gives Nesta and Emerie a gift for the ages. While in the library, Emerie has an unsettling experience. Later that night, Nesta continues her personal growth by allowing the House to light a small fire in her room. In return, the House gives her a beautiful Solstice gift.
We’re back this week to discuss some of the most underrated authors in the reading community! These authors are all truly amazing and deserve all the love from readers, bookstores and social media! Have a pen and paper ready because we are about to add quite a few authors to your TBR!
After a rather nasty trip to the Prison, Nesta, Cassian, Feyre and Rhys have a little debriefing that raises a lot of questions. We learn of the Daglan, beings who sound suspiciously familiar. Nesta learns about a few more powerful swords. Once again, at least one of those swords sounds very familiar. Basically, Blake has another field day with deep dives. Nesta also agrees to tango with Eric at the upcoming ball to secure his allegiance. Finally, Nesta faces her past and the many emotions that come with it during a trip to the cabin she once shared with her father and sisters. Luckily, Cassian is with her and helps her process it all.
Well our plans for this week’s episode got a teensy bit sidetracked. Can you guess why? Of course you can! SJM has announced the title for the next Crescent City book, confirmed the release date and even gave us the synopsis! Now it is time for the deepest of dives into what it all could mean. Let’s go!

Well the Harp royally screwed Nesta and Cassian over. It opened the doorway for Nesta but it also opened a single cell…that happened to belong to Lanthys. After some very pointed comments about Nesta and Cassian’s relationship (rolling our eyes), Nesta makes a split second decision only to realize her mistake soon after. Lanthys continues his arrogant villain monologue until Nesta reveals Ataraxia. Her Made sword finally gets him to shut up for a bit. That is until he spins a truly horrific vision of the future he wants with Nesta. GROSS.
