Podcasting Fur Paws was an event that we put on in July to help raise money for the Golden Retriever breeding program that A Contagious Smile does. We also, as you know, have a platform called A Contagious Smile’s Teen Talk. Well, we brought together, two of our most requested cohosts Faith and Shanti, who are both amazing writers and have so much to offer when it comes to advise for others. And let’s not forget, they both have hearts of gold, you will have to take a stroll over to Amazon where you will find Shanti. She has published over 18 books and she's not even old enough to drive.

Doctor Disneyland also known as Jeff Barnes, is a legend in his own right. He is the only person to date who has ever taught a college-accredited class about Disneyland. I had the distinct privilege and honor of having a conversation with Jeff and was able to hear some of his amazing stories. Also, it has to be noted that Jeff is a fierce survivor. When you hear what this gentleman has been through, with not one, but two brain tumors, and yet he's so full of life and stories and happiness, it's a reminder that we all should live life to the fullest, laugh every day, and who can't go wrong with a little bit of Disney.

They dive in open and honestly, unconditionally, knowing that they are completely accepted, that their opinions matter, their values matter, there is no judgment, and that they have a voice that can help so many others. In this episode, we discuss a variety of things, but we also go into what true love really is. My husband, Michael decided that he wanted to see just how frustrating the challenges that I face on a daily basis are since losing my hand and arm. So, he chose to do an experiment and go a day without the use of his arm and his hand. Michael discusses his findings, and his feelings, and reminds us how important love truly is. This amazing human being stands beside his wife in every sense of the way. Showing us all that there is true hope in, soulmates and unconditional love.
