Taxpayers are Funding Somali Terrorists Nov 21, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for the Friday 3 Martini Lunch as they break down a Democratic congressional candidate trashing the city she wants to represent, the escalating clash over Democrats urging the military to defy President Trump, and shocking revelations about taxpayer money ending up with Somali terrorists.
First, they laugh as Democrat Tennessee congressional hopeful Aftyn Behn blasts Republicans for claiming Behn hates Nashville, which is in the district she wants to represent. But Behn's problem isn't with Republicans, it's the audio that still exists of her saying she hates Nashville, the constant bachelorette parties, and even country music.
Next, they dig into the comments from lawmakers who cut a video urging members of the military to disobey illegal orders from President Trump. Of course, they cannot point to a single illegal order Trump has issues. Meanwhile, Trump is accusing them of sedition and pointing out that crime can be punishable by death. Jim decimates the empty and false argument the Democrats are peddling and tells Trump he doesn't have to go nuclear over everything.
Finally, they dig into the exploding fraud within Minnesota’s welfare programs, where budgets that were just a few million dollars a few years ago have now ballooned into the hundreds of millions. Even worse, large sums are reportedly flowing to Somali terrorists. Jim stresses that this massive breakdown has taken place under Gov. Tim Walz’s watch.

Craziness in Congress: Indictment, Allegations, & a Hate Crime Hoax Nov 20, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for three stories of congressional chaos on the Thursday 3 Martini Lunch, as they break down the indictment of a Florida Democrat, the allegations facing a Florida Republican, and a shocking case of a House staffer accused of staging a hate crime
First, they examine the federal indictment of Florida Democrat Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, who is accused of pocketing $5 million in federal Covid-19 disaster assistance and allegedly funneling some of the money into her congressional campaign. The congresswoman gets the presumption of innocence but this evidence looks pretty clear.
Next, they detail the serious accusations leveled against Florida GOP Rep. Cory Mills, including alleged mistreatment and threats toward women, improper involvement in federal contracting, and even claims of stolen valor tied to his Army service. Mills denies all of the allegations and says he can prove he's not guilty. Fellow Republican Rep. Nancy Mace is leading the charge against Mills and wants him censured.
Finally, Jim and Greg dig into the disturbing case of a staffer for New Jersey Republican Rep. Jeff Van Drew. Prosecutors say she falsely reported being the victim of a hate crime by people who hate President Trump and her boss. Evidence shows she even paid to have someone significantly scar her body in order to make the scam more believable.

Jasmine Crockett's Epic Epstein Blunder Nov 19, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for the Wednesday 3 Martini Lunch as they applaud ICE for rescuing 30,000 migrant children that the Biden administration lost track of, Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett absurdly accusing several Republicans of ties to Jeffrey Epstein, and lefties in Maryland pushing a $25 minimum wage that would make the cost of living even worse
First, they welcome Border Czar Tom Homan’s revelation that the Trump administration has located 30,000 of the 300,000 migrant kids the Biden administration lost and never tried to find. Jim also highlights a Pulitzer Prize-winning 2023 investigation showing migrant children being forced into labor for major U.S. companies. Why is there so little political or media outrage?
Next, they laugh and fume as Rep. Crockett accuses GOP lawmakers of taking donations from Jeffrey Epstein, only for it to be exposed that none of the contributions came from that Jeffrey Epstein. If Crockett runs for U.S. Senate in Texas and wins the nomination, it will be one of the greatest gifts the GOP ever received.
Finally, activists in Maryland want a statewide referendum in 2026 to impose a $25 minimum wage through a constitutional amendment. Jim and Greg explain why the policy would worsen the cost of living and argue that if a higher minimum wage were truly the path to affordability, why not raise it much higher?

Winter Comes for Summers Nov 18, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for the Tuesday 3 Martini Lunch as they react to former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers admitting a disturbing connection to Jeffrey Epstein, one House Democrat rebuking another for blatant election mischief, and several Senate Democrats already weighing White House bids for 2028.
First, they are disgusted as former Clinton administration Treasury Secretary Larry Summers says he is "deeply ashamed" for maintaining a close relationship with Jeffrey Epstein long after Epstein was known for trafficking girls. Summers now plans to withdraw from public life. He reportedly asked Epstein for advice on pursuing a romantic relationship with a woman he was supposedly mentoring. Jim argues that it is important this information is public and that Summers should go away.
Next, they applaud Washington Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez for leading an effort to rebuke fellow Democrat Rep. Jesus "Chuy" Garcia for announcing his retirement on the same day as the filing deadline for his seat in Congress. This leaves Garcia's chief of staff as the only Democrat in the race. Jim notes that the party that claims to be protecting democracy repeatedly shows contempt for it through stunts like this.
Finally, Jim vents about the nine Senate Democrats clearly or potentially positioning themselves for a 2028 presidential run. He says none of them appear likely to be competitive, but that will not stop several of them from jumping into the race anyway.

Trump Backs Release of Epstein Files; Will We Learn Everything? Nov 17, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for the Monday 3 Martini Lunch as they dive into President Trump urging Republicans to support releasing the Epstein files, disgraced reporter Olivia Nuzzi getting fawning media coverage for her forthcoming book about her relationship with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and James Carville vowing that Democrats will add four seats to the U.S. Supreme Court if they sweep the 2028 elections.
First, they welcome President Trump reversing himself and supporting the Epstein files becoming public. They discuss why Trump is likely doing this after opposing the release for so long, and whether we'll really get to see all the information the government has on Epstein.
Next, Jim details what he learned from a New York Times puff piece on Olivia Nuzzi and her “emotional affair” with then presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. First, JIm says Nuzzi's story is a textbook example of how not to conduct yourself as a journalist. The story also paints Nuzzi in a sympathetic light, but Jim argues she still comes across as a complete “nutjob.” She also levels new accusations at RFK Jr., which Jim sees as more evidence that Kennedy has no business serving as Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Finally, they fire back at James Carville for claiming Democrats have to pack the Supreme Court when and if they have the power to do so in order to have "a Supreme Court people trust again." Radical Vermont Senate candidate Graham Platner says the same thing. Jim says it's astonishing to see the left openly plotting massive upheaval to our system in order to "save democracy" or something.

    Exposing Evil Nov 14, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for the Friday 3 Martini Lunch as they dig into President Trump reducing several key tariffs, Megyn Kelly's confounding comments about Jeffrey Epstein, and Sen. John Fetterman how criticism he gets from the left is far worse than what he hears from the right.
First, they welcome President Trump's decision to lower tariffs on coffee, bananas, and other major imports from four Latin American nations. Jim sees this as a quiet admission that tariffs have been driving up prices. They also hope this signals a broader push to ease the cost of living in this country.
Next, parents may want the kids out of the room for this segment. Jim and Greg react to Megyn Kelly saying a source close to the Jeffrey Epstein case believes Epstein was not technically a pedophile because he preferred "barely legal" girls around fifteen years old instead of pre-pubescent victims. Jim and Greg are horrified by multiple aspects of her statement and discuss the Trump administration's terrible handling of this issue.
Finally, they highlight Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman saying there is no comparison between the vitriol he receives from the right and the left. Fetterman says angry Republicans call him names, while the left openly wishes for his death. We are not the same.

The UN Wants to Silence Your Free Speech Nov 13, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for the Thursday 3 Martini Lunch as they celebrate the end of a pointless government shutdown, blast United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for trying to silence free speech online, and recoil at how shockingly bad college students have become at math.
First, Jim and Greg applaud the House vote to end the government shutdown, rip Democrats for their six weeks of incoherent grandstanding, and look ahead to late January when this may happen all over again.
Next, they unload on Secretary-General Guterres for claiming online “disinformation and misinformation” are poisoning discourse and insisting that tech companies have a responsibility to crack down on speech that supposedly distorts the facts. Guterres says this speech he doesn't like is hampering the UN's ability to enact its climate agenda. Well, that's a shame. Jim not only defends free speech but points out that the UN should not be involved in this debate at all.
Finally, they shudder as college professors warn that incoming students are much worse at math than ever before. One study finds fewer than 20 percent can handle middle school–level math, and many struggle with even the most basic concepts. Jim and Greg consider how so many young adults made it to college so poorly prepared.

'Michigan Mamdani' Tries to Erase His Radical Record Nov 12, 2025
    Show notes

Join Jim and Greg for the Wednesday 3 Martini Lunch as they weigh in on EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin blasting Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass for their incompetence concerning the California wildfires, housing officials repeating the mistakes that led to the 2008 financial crisis, and Michigan’s “Mamdani” trying to erase his radical record.
First, they applaud Zeldin for imploring Newsom and Bass to get to work to help people rebuild after the wildfires. Jim notes that less than one percent of those who lost homes or businesses have received permits to rebuild, even after nearly a year. They also consider how this glaring failure could hurt Newsom’s presidential ambitions.
Next, they facepalm as Fannie Mae removes a minimum credit score needed to be approved for housing loans. Yes, buying a home is really tough for a lot of people right now, but Jim and Greg recall how giving mortgages to people who clearly could not afford them led to economic disaster just 17 years ago.
Finally, they highlight Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abu El-Sayed deleting past anti-police and anti-border agent posts in an attempt to hide his radical views. El-Sayed once called police “standing armies we deploy against our own people” and smeared border agents as “white supremacists.” El-Sayed is very competitive in a three-candidate race for the party's nomination.

The Real Reason Dems Picked a Fight Over Obamacare Nov 11, 2025
    Show notes

Former Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney and National Review Contributing Editor Andy McCarthy is in for Jim on Tuesday’s 3 Martini Lunch. Join Andy and Greg as they discuss the fate of Obamacare subsidies, how to stop Chinese nationals from buying land near U.S. military bases, and the leftist revolt (again) vs. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.
First, as Democrats demand the extension of Obamacare premium subsidies, Andy and Greg explain how they were supposedly a "temporary" provision during the pandemic and should be scrapped. But Andy points out that the subsidies were another step in the Dems' tireless push for government-run health care, so rooting them out will be very difficult.
Next, they react to reports that a convicted Chinese fraudster owns land adjacent to the Missouri Air Force base that's home to the B-2 Stealth Bombers that that targeted Iranian nuclear sites in June. Andy explains how there is some tension in law when it comes to stopping our top foreign adversary from getting so close to our most sensitive sites, but there's something far more important than the courts or Congress when it comes to stopping the Chinese from doing this.
Finally, they shed zero tears for Sen. Chuck Schumer as the increasingly left-wing base revolts over how Senate Democrats handled the latest shutdown fight and Schumer's feeble attempts to appease the base through this pointless shutdown left him even more of a pariah in his own party. And as awful as Schumer has been, it's almost certain the next Senate Democratic leader will be even worse.

Senate Dems Finally Shut Down Their Shutdown Nov 10, 2025
    Show notes

Ricochet Co-Founder Rob Long is in for Jim today. Join Rob and Greg for the Monday 3 Martini Lunch as they chronicle the Senate Dems finally ending their pointless shutdown, President Trump promising millions of Americans money from tariff revenues, and now the New York Times reports how much Zohran Mamdani's agenda will cost.
First, they welcome the news that eight Senate Democrats voted to end debate on a bill to fund the government, clearing the way for its passage. While the progressive left is furious at those who “caved,” Rob notes the shutdown strategy was never going to succeed. He also explains why Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy is spectacularly wrong in arguing that the shutdown was necessary to “save democracy.”
Next, they shake their heads as President Trump promising to send $2,000 checks to low and middle income Americans due to increased revenues from tariffs. Rob and Greg explain why this is not a good idea and how very recent history gives us the proof. They also scratch their heads over the emerging idea of 50-year mortgages.
Finally, they find the timing suspicious as the New York Times waits until after the election to reveal the massive costs of New York City Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani’s proposals for free childcare and bus rides. They also discuss Mamdani's idea of raising more revenue to pay for all this by increasing fines.
