Pat Bev and the Wolves Rock the Clippers 122-104 Jan 04, 2022
    Show notes

Shap, Justin (@laclippersfilm) and Jamal (@JamCristopher) jump on the pod after a bummer of a loss, 122-104 against Anthony Edwards, Patrick Beverley, and the Minnesota Timberwolves. The guys talk about some of the fool's gold with Serge's performance, the general encouraging play of Marcus/Terance/Bled/Reggie recently, ranking the Life Vests, and a scary looking rest of January.

Nets Stunned, Hobbled Clippers Ring in the New Year with Huge Upset in BKN Jan 02, 2022
    Show notes

Lucas, Rob, and Shap are as surprised as you are, but why should they be after the fight this Clipper team continues to show? Led by a huge Eric Bledsoe performance and timely shots from Reggie Jackson, Terance Mann, and almost the whole roster, the Clippers went into Brooklyn on New Year's Day and leave with a 120-116 W. There's a ton to love about this one, and the guys go over the great play of Bledsoe, Reggie's return, their fit together, Terance's aggression, and the "Life Vests" on the bench as Rob likes to call them.

Much Needed W vs. Celtics with Mook Leading the Way Dec 30, 2021
    Show notes

Rob, Shap, and Cole (@colehoops) get together after the Clippers get a much needed win in Boston, 91-82 against a Celtics team without a ton of players but still with Jaylen Brown. Luckily for the Clippers, their defense held the Cs to a putrid 4/42 from deep, and had nice performances from Mook, Bled, Luke, and Terance. How do the guys feel about these starters, the up and mostly down bench, and a Clipper team that will hopefully get Reggie Jackson back soon?

Short Handed Clips, Now Without PG, Lose Again to Harden & Nets Dec 28, 2021
    Show notes

Shap, Justin (@laclippersfilm), and Jamal (@JamCristopher) get together to talk about a blowout loss to James Harden and the Nets. There were encouraging signs from Eric Bledsoe, the return of Marcus Morris, and the young legs of the squad in the 4th quarter, but a flawed defensive gameplan may have doomed the Clippers. Plus, the guys talk about the loss of Paul George and hint towards a chilly January.

Rag Tag Clippers Brush Aside Kings 105-89 Led By Rising Serge Dec 23, 2021
    Show notes

Rob, Shap, and Joey (@joeylinn_) jump on the pod to talk about a nice win by a Clipper team missing a bunch of pieces but importantly being led by speedy Eric Bledsoe and a resilient Serge Ibaka. LAC pretty much led wire to wire and the second half had some quality appearance by the team's young legs, and the crew look at Bled, Serge, and the potential of this new rotation.

Clippers Lose Third Straight to Spurs in Historically Futile Fashion Dec 21, 2021
    Show notes

Lucas Hann is joined by Mike Jaglin and Cole Huff to break down the Clippers' embarrassing blowout home defeat at the hands of the San Antonio Spurs. What went wrong, and how can LAC bounce back in time for Wednesday's visit to Sacramento?

Ghosts of Clippers Past Haunt LAC as Shai Drills Buzzer-Beater Dec 19, 2021
    Show notes

The TLTJTP trio is back as Dr. Shap, Robert Flom, and Lucas Hann break down the shorthanded Clippers' heartbreaking loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Former Clipper Shai Gilgeous-Alexander hit the buzzer-beater as LAC hopes to stay alive in the standings with their heavy hitters out of the lineup.

Short Handed Clips Fall to Healthy Jazz in Utah 124-103 w/ Tomer Azarly Dec 16, 2021
    Show notes

Shap is joined by Tomer Azarly (@TomerAzarly) of ClutchPoints to talk about a valiant effort but ultimately a blowout 124-103 in Utah in a 2nd round rematch against the Jazz. The Clips got into a bit of a shootout without their horses, but there were encouraging signs from a fantastic Eric Bledsoe and a still rolling Marcus Morris Sr. The guys look ahead at the schedule and close on some Rocky franchise talk.

Win of the Year? Wire to Wire Triumph vs. Suns Features Some of LAC's Best Dec 14, 2021
    Show notes

Shap, Justin (@laclippersfilm), and Jamal (@JamCristopher) chat about an awesome win 111-95 that was a WCF rematch vs PHX that missed a lot of familiar names but offered a ton of promise. From Mook's continued offensive dominance, Zu's continued defensive dominance, and the streaking Terance Mann and Luke Kennard, there was a lot to be excited about in this one. Though maybe not all is well with LAC when you look at the center rotation.

Steady Luke with Reggie Heroics as Short Handed Clips Hold Off Magic w/ Mirjam Swanson Dec 12, 2021
    Show notes

Shap and Mirjam Swanson (@mirjamswanson) of the OC Register talk about the PG/Nicoless Clippers holding off a feisty Orlando Magic team 106-104, in a game that required some late Reggie heroics. Luke Kennard played well in another start and there were promising signs from Terance Mann and Brandon Boston Jr, as well as a Justise Winslow sighting! What do we expect against a couple heavyweights coming up against the familiar Suns and Jazz?
