Personal development is, in the simplest of terms, the concept of you consciously evolving as a personâ and regularly improving your life mentally, physically and spiritually. Up until this point we've mainly been putting a lot of emphasis on the mental aspects of personal development. Well, today we're going to switch things up a bit and get physical. Ever heard of EFT? That'short for Emotional Freedom Techniques. this is a technique I have used personally with great success. On Megyn Kelly TODAY, Megyn is joined by Adrienne Cerulo, who says this healing technique known as tapping freed her from four years of excruciating pain. Nick Ortner, is the author of the best selling book The Tapping Solution. Nick says Adrienne is still pain-free after two years. In today's episode Ortner leads the studio audience in a demonstration of the technique. Watch this.
