春节假期刚刚结束，假期造成的后遗症就是智商降低，体重增加，所幸这期是岁念节目，对智商的消耗不大，适合回归工作态时听。本期标题来自印度思想大师克里希那穆提的一句话：“一旦发现真正爱做的事，你就是一个自由的人了，然后你就会有能力、信心和主动创造的力量。但是如果你不知道自己真正爱做的是什么，你只好去做人人羡慕的律师、政客或这个那个，于是你就不会快乐，因为那份职业会变成毁灭你自己及其他人的工具。” After the Spring Festival holiday, I felt my mind dull as well as my weight too. Maybe you feel the same, so this episode which is really not solid probably just for you. The title of the episode comes from Krishnamti, an India guru, "Once you find something you really love, you are a freeman. Then you will have the ability, confidence and the willing to create. But if you don't know what you really love to do, you would become a lawyer, politician or something, you wouldn't be happy."

138期：阅读·《失控》的数字吟游史诗 - Odýsseia of the Digital World_ Out of Control Feb 10, 2015

一期短短的，只有几K字节信息量的音频播客，当然无法把50多万字的技术思想巨者《失控》的所有内容表达得清清楚楚，这样的企图绝对也会失控。我虽然在2013年，两年前就阅读完了这本书，但一直也因为这本书的厚重思想，对它敬而远之，记录了一些摘记，却根本不敢去试图整理，更不要说制作一期专题节目了。但当我真正理解了什么是“失控”，我就想通了。Out of Control，并不是一个贬义的形容，而是我们面对未来必须要去经历的思维模式的转变。在这样一个高度信息化的世界，充满无数不确定性的世界，工业时代的“全面控制”已经没有了意义。对于个体也是这样，想要完成一个“完美的作品”，试图在一个有限的书架中描绘“无限的图书馆”，或是试图用一期1小时以内的节目展现出他人经历几十年思考的成果，这种控制的企图是不可能的。我能做的，就是以“失控”的状态，做一期自由的节目，从而可以让一些朋友对这本艰深的书和它的观点产生兴趣，并且表达出我的一些感受。不去考虑完善、完美与完整，这种失控，其实也是一种对待生活的态度。这个时代的一个巨大的秘密，或者说是一个吊诡就在于：要想赢，先放手。制作这样一期节目，我也在进化，就像书里说的：进化并未完全超脱我们的控制；放弃某些控制只不过是为了更好地利用它。我们在工程中引以为傲的东西 — —精密性、可预测性、准确性以及正确性 — —都将为进化所淡化。正如本书标题所点明的，进化的代价就是 — —失控。 I don't think I can tell you every point and opinion of the book: Out of Control, after all, it's an immense book with 700 pages. The attempt of total control my expression will definitely out of control. Then I realized, out of control is not a bad thing, it is something we have to face to enter the future age. Total control for everything, is the habit of the industry-age, and it becomes meaningless now. And for individual it is the same. I can't show you everything of a man's thought for decades in a 30 minutes audio podcast. I let it go and try to not think about complete, perfect and exactness, and I got evolution in return. The evolution of my thought, and maybe yours. The price for evolution is Out of Control.

137期：岁念·聊那么久是因为舍不得结束 - It's too good to be closing Feb 02, 2015

大多数人一年只有十个月或者十一个月，静下心来，用春节前的这些时间去读书，去努力工作，去把一年的收获写下来，去安排明年的计划。到了三十多岁，仿佛上帝留给我的时间比二十多岁时短了一半。有时候会懊悔正青春时努力不够或者无处安放理想和信念，有时又希望让这些愿望变少一些现实一些以便于自己从容的安排时光，其实，一切都是最好的安排。又是一期碎碎念，聊那么久是因为舍不得结束。 For most of us, we only have 10 or 11 months in a year. I try to keep calm and spend the time before new year to read, to work, to write down what I got, to arrange my future. When you are 33, it seems your time is shortened half of it. Sometimes, you regret for not seizing the time when you are young, sometimes you just hope for simple way of life so you can enjoy the happy moment of life. For me now, I think the best is yet to come.

136期：阅读·念念不忘魔戒回响 - LOTR in my personal life Jan 27, 2015

我当年在大学刚入学时，有两部作品进入到了我的世界，《指环王》和《哈利波特》。对我来说，这不只是好莱坞大片，不是不着调的空想，他们映射着现实，通过各自的故事，讲述着人生的道理，用象征和隐喻打动着我，让我对灰暗的现实不丧失勇气。当然，当时我肯定不会体会到这一点，我只觉得这个幻想的世界是那么精彩，值得我流连于其中，但我没有觉察到的是，故事背后蕴含着的价值观，却在悄悄地给着我力量，让我成为了现在这样的不会让年轻的自己失望的自己。在电影院里，我看着《霍比特人：五军之战》字幕缓缓升起，眼泪也不由自主的流下，人生中能有几个15年呢？在这15年里，我没有放弃这些看似不现实的幻想，而他们也帮助我成为了一个更好的自己。如果你也有过某些这样类似的幻想的话，那么请好好保存它保护它，因为人真的应该为一些离现实有点距离的东西活着，那是可以让我们飞翔起来，越过死气沉沉的现实的宝贵礼物。 I met The Lord of the Rings when I was in my college time. For me, it's not just a fantasy story, it reflect reality, and give me courage and hope for real world. When I watched the movie, The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies, the stories ends, after 15 years later. Wow, 15 years. I didn't give up my passion for those beautiful stories, and they help me to become a better person who I am.

别人都只是自己眼中的故事而已，重要的还是自己的人生，我们都想变成一个更好的自己。我在以前最常说的就是：“从明天开始，我要……”但现在我发觉，如果一说“明天”，往往就是“Yesterday, you said tomorrow”。那个代表着与现在绝决地再见的明天，其实就像流浪汉等待的戈多一样，永远都不会来。别被这段介绍文字蒙蔽，其实这只是一期闲聊、碎碎念与听友反馈的节目。 Other people's life is only a story to you, your own life is much more important. 《连线》杂志的前总编Chris Anderson在10年前提出过一个叫做“长尾”的理论，用来描述亚马逊等网络公司的商业模式，10年后，Anderson已经跑去搞3D打印了，但长尾理论的踪迹却已经无处不在。长尾频出的时代，也正是我们迈向新的社会形态的必经阶段。读《长尾理论》这本书时，我顺手把自己2014年制作的9期视频播客的优酷下载数据用来做实验，结果发现，下载量的数量比严格符合长尾法则。这期节目，咱们来分享一下《长尾理论》这本已经被实践证明的经典互联网理论著作。 Christ Anderson, the ex-chief editor of Wired Magazine published a theory named The Long Tail to describe the business model of internet companies such as Amazon and iTunes Store in 2004. 10 years passed, he continues his adventure in 3D-printing, and long tail is everywhere now. It's also the necessary period for us to march into a new future. After reading the book: The Long Tail, I use the data of my video cast to test the theory, as a result, it's a perfect long tail. 从录音带时代用六角铅笔甩着倒带，到专门把硬盘分个单独的区去下载音乐，再到现在用无线音响播放网络云端的在线音乐，其实也就短短的几年时间，但却真正经历了从原子到比特的跨跃。变化的是技术与载体，不变的是情怀与初心。这期节目，大狗熊想和你聊聊自己这几年的音乐聆听故事。 I used pencil to scroll compact audio cassette years ago, then I build a single disc on my hard drive to store MP3 files that I downloaded from mule, and now I use wireless stereo to enjoy music on cloud. It just a few years, but it seems like ages. No matter how fast technology develops, something real inside the content will not fade away. In this episode, I'd like to share my stories about music listening.
