Whole Life Healing

Whole Life Healing is a podcast for leaders who are ready to heal themselves and through their example, lead others toward true well-being.

Hosted by nurse, health coach, and creator of the Live Your Best Life Method, Karla explores healing as a radical act of leadership. This podcast is for those who feel relief in truth and are tired of surface-level solutions, quick fixes, and outsourcing their health to systems that were never designed to create wholeness. This is not a mindset podcast.

It’s not motivation.

And it’s not another item on your to-do list.

Whole Life Healing is about alignment, stillness, and listening to your body, your values, and what actually matters. Each episode invites you to stop outsourcing your well-being, take responsibility for your own healing, and begin with one small, meaningful change that creates sustainable health over time. Here, healing starts with yourself.
Because when leaders heal, they role model healing to their families, workplaces, and communities—creating a ripple effect that no system can replicate. This podcast is for you if:

  • You are a leader in your community ready to embody health, not just talk about it
  • You believe prevention, resilience, and sustainability begin within
  • You sense that your body already knows the way forward

This podcast may not be for you if:

  • You’re looking for instant results or external answers
  • You’re not ready to take responsibility for your own healing

Whole Life Healing is an invitation to become a healing leader one who creates change not through force, but through example. Healing is the answer.
And it starts with you.
