Do you have a neverending to-do list and feel guilty when you don’t get it all done? Are you overwhelmed by day-to-day mom life? Do you keep forgetting important things like kids’ school papers, appointments, and even dinner?
Welcome to the Mama Blueprints Podcast where we answer these questions and so much more. We are all about simple, practical roadmaps that will not add more to your already full to-do list. But focusing on the things you need and want to do.
I’m your host Elisa Giorgio and I help busy moms simplify their home and life so they can have more time to focus on the most important things to their family.
I will bring you weekly tips and inspiration for simple living. This is not about doing “all the things” as a busy mom — it’s finding the things that are most important to you and taking the time to do them. Let’s make the most important thing the most important thing.
Raising children is hard. Raising children while black is even harder. The Parenting Decolonized podcast shines the light on how colonization has impacted the black family structure and what to do about it. Host Yolanda Williams takes you on the journey as she learns how to raise liberated black children without breaking their spirits. Yolanda and her guests discuss how to decolonize your parenting by resisting old narratives, how to use conscious parenting as activism against white supremacy, reclaiming ancestral ways of parenting, and how to become a more mindful, conscious parent.
We are two young moms that are committed to loving motherhood because we believe that it is something to be enjoyed, not just endured. We want to cherish the sweet moments and be present during the hard ones while we grow alongside our children. As we have entered motherhood, we have found so much comfort and value in conversations with women in all different stages of motherhood and we are here to share those conversations so we can grow together and embrace all of the joy modern motherhood brings.

The Modern Phoenix (formerly “It’s All Me”)
In a culture that values logic, urgency, perfection, and sameness, The Modern Phoenix walks a different path: one that honors her unique mind, body and soul.
Between information overload, the demands of modern life, and lifetimes of conditioning and “shoulds”, it can feel hard for a woman to know and listen to her own wants and needs. We’re so busy caring and doing and anticipating and managing that we forget ourselves. We hope there’s a better, more balanced, life-giving and feminine way to be a modern woman—to have regulated nervous systems, intuitive solutions to complex problems, and the distinct trust in ourselves and our choices, despite life’s curveballs, but we’re not sure where to start.
That’s where I come in. I’m Gervase Kolmos, Inner Transformation Coach and phoenix-in-evolution. I help women learn to trust themselves and be guided by their own inner authority to live with pleasure, authenticity and embodied wisdom.
This podcast is my mission and my mantra: you are light and dark, thinking and feeling, perfect and a work-in-progress. Together, we’ll unlock your intuition, tap into the wisdom and resources of your body, and navigate this confusing, demanding, gorgeous life.
So let’s burn down the stories, conditioning and beliefs that don’t serve us, shall we?
We are two moms who are enthusiastic about having real conversations with other parents: hearing unique perspectives on raising little humans while balancing work, relationships and passions outside of parenthood. On this podcast you will find information free of judgement through helpful, empowering stories – but most importantly reassurance that you’re doing a great job. Our hope is to build a community where you will feel validated and supported on this journey called parenthood. We’re here every step of the way, so pull up a seat! The coffee might be lukewarm but the conversation’s not! We’re all just winging it.
