Throughout the school year, the Center for Public Service Law teams up with a different student organization as host of this innovative programming series. Programming includes a wide range of events such as talks by nationally recognized practitioners, films with related discussions, discussions facilitated by professors (including non-law professors), debates between professors and/or practitioners and much more.

Der Podcast wird im Rahmen der Vorlesung „Grundkurs Zivilrecht“ im Wintersemester 2015/2016 (Grundkurs I) sowie im Sommersemester 2016 (Grundkurs II) erstellt. Der Podcast beginnt mit dem Allgemeinen Teil des BGB, im Anschluss daran werden das Allgemeine und das Besondere Schuldrecht des BGB behandelt.
Die 2-stündige Vorlesung erstreckt sich über 6 bzw. 7 Semesterwochenstunden an drei Terminen pro Woche. Nähere Informationen über die Vorlesung, insbesondere die Gliederung und begleitende Materialien finden sich unter http://www.grundkurs-bgb.de.

Der Podcast folgt der Vorlesung Sachenrecht aus dem Wintersemester 2013/14. Die Vorlesung vermittelt in systematischer Weise das dogmatische Grundgerüst des deutschen Sachenrechts. Anhand zahlreicher Fallbeispiele und unter Berücksichtigung ökonomischer Zusammenhänge wird der examensrelevante Inhalt des Sachenrechts veranschaulicht.
