Who Turned The Lights On?

Formerly Trauma Informed Growth. Life after Complex-PTSD, and just beyond those first stages of recovery, is a lot like having someone turn the lights on after years navigating in the dark.

On this side of it, I reckon a lot more can be done to improve the sign posts that mark the way out. This podcast exists to discuss life in the dark, compare notes on mapping the way out, and explore what life is like with the lights on.

Until It’s Done…A Devoted Podcast

Don’t you agree that life shouldn’t be about jumping from one fad diet and fitness gimmick to the next? Are you sick of the yo-yo dieting, and do you feel like the black and white of all of this is like you’re on a crazy train and gets exhausting? It’s no wonder why so many people get frustrated while seeking real results. I finally found the most success in my battle with weight loss and maintenance was when I truly made my fitness and healthy living my lifestyle. I’m a real woman who discovered my love of fitness at a young age but battled for years to understand how to bring my love of being fit together with my love of food! I wanted to have my cake and eat it too and refused to feel like I was depriving myself. Even after giving birth and gaining 70lbs with my son and full-term twins, I set on a journey to get into the best shape of my life. I didn’t want it to be just temporary. I was on a mission to get fit but also STAY FIT. I realized I had to be DEVOTED to my healthy lifestyle. When you are truly devoted, it’s not another fad diet; you’re never done doing the work…. I always say I’m doing this UNTIL ITS DONE because when you’re devoted, it’s never done. Follow along and let’s get it done together on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or anywhere else you listen to your shows.
